When I came in, I felt at ease. Hiro asked for what I wanted, and I showed him examples. My hair was an uneven blonde balayage before, and Hiro really took his time to even it out and tone it. For a bleach, color, and cut with washing in between, that's quite a short time! I was comfortable throughout, as Kaz made sure to keep asking if I was okay (bleach can sting the scalp) and only needed to show the stylist the reference pictures a few times. I highly recommend bringing pictures for the stylists! I love my new look

I used to go to this salon for haircut and perm for several years. Last month I went because I forgot why I stopped going for 5 years. I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted the curls and the hairstyle to look like. I always thought it was our responsibility to tell the hairstylist instead of let them improvise. I waited almost an hour. I had to tell them the rollers were too hot. I had to tell them the timer went off. Unsurprisingly, my hair was fried. At the end, I was told to go with the wet hair so that the curls would stay. It doesn't look remotely like the picture I showed. I understand the hair in the picture was styled with a lot of products, but my curls looked like I did it myself. I am never going again. I need to remember that.

Jenny was so throughout and professional. She evaluated my hair and gave me step by step procedure how she would fix it and bring it to where I would want it. I didn't expect to make it happen in one try (the before picture would explain why) - but she made it happen !!!! And she always inform you before she goes into the next step. We spent 7hrs and the result is amazing. After all that my hair still healthy, smooth and shiny. I have nothing to say but highly recommended Jenny if you are very selective of your hair stylist, give her a try you won't regret it.

We didn't really converse during my session but I didn't mind since I can tell he was concentrated on his work. Schedule ahead if you plan to see Terry since he gets booked out about a month or so in advance. If you ever need a good hair stylist that will execute your wishes, go see Terry!
