This is such a large location for better buzz with a great amount of seating inside! The location itself is honestly beautiful. Really easy to find parking in the large lot which is extremely uncommon for better buzz locations. There is no drive thru though, but you can still mobile order! I came in pretty early during my last visit and there were about two other patrons in the cafe. I ordered my croissant and my coffee. The interaction with staff was pleasant, although the associate seemed slightly annoyed, I just ignored it and chalked it up to being early in the morning. I didn't have to wait long for my drink, which was my favorite caramel buzz with soy milk. We recently moved back to California and I hadn't had this drink in so long that I was extra excited! Our friend received their drink after me, as they had ordered after me. They shortly after received their various food items as well. I waited 5 more minutes past them receiving food and I still didn't have my croissant. No one else came in to order, but perhaps the staff was working on mobile orders. I approached the associate who had taken my order and asked about my croissant, just if it was ready. He looked so annoyed and said "ya" and kind of grunted. I then watched him grab my croissant and heat it up. Once it was done he just looked at me and held the bag out. I said thank you and he just said nothing. At least I finally received my delicious pistachio croissant! As good as ever really. We left the location after that last interaction, as none of us felt very welcome. Overall, the location is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Our drinks and food items were delicious. Just wouldn't come here for the service (although I am sure there are way nicer staff members)! read more

Better Buzz Coffee has been on my radar for a while--I've seen their spots everywhere, but funny enough, I've never actually gone inside That said, someone grabbed me a coffee from there before a road trip, and it was surprisingly really decent. Not like "best coffee I've ever had" status, but definitely enjoyable and it totally did the trick when I needed it I've heard they have a ton of good options, so it's one of those places I'd be down to explore more. So many wonderful choices! We went with the best drink ever and a blended white mocha and it was pretty delicious. Definitely hit the spot for the morning rush! The service was exceptional!! Love Better Buzz but the staff here needs better training and equipment. No reason there's dozens of hand towels laying on the floor of the entrance because they don't have a floor mat to account for water. Employee at the register had to ask me four times to clarify my order because he was too busy laughing with his coworkers in between taking my order. Incredibly frustrating. read more

I appreciate the convenience of their mobile order option via their app and how every order is perfectly timed and made within your requested pick up time. Today when we went in, I did have a free drink coupon to use, but the BBBS was oily, flavorless and disappointing this morning, your bakery items were lacking and the tables were dirty with food and trash. My kids love better buzz so my kids and I stop by from time. We haven't been in a while but recently we stopped by and the shift lead IMARI was so amazing!!! Her customer service was so great and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. I forgot what i liked to get and only remembered by what it looked like and she was able to recognize it. I really appreciated how she kept the attention to detail with customers inside as well as keeping the inside clean along with the outside. I'm not sure if she's new but regardless she's amazing and deserves some recognition!!! read more

My go to coffeeshop when visiting my parents. Went here two days ago when ordering on the app for a mango energy smoothie and matcha coconut. Energy smoothie tasted like a Slushie which was ok. Matcha coconut could've tasted more like matcha. My mom liked it. Went back today and my coffee drink made up for it, i had the raspberry white chocolate foam and it was sooo good recommended by cassandra when asked if i should get that or the mint coffee. Dad enjoyed his caramel vanilla. The killer bee drink was ok, it is just black coffee with espresso. They were able to assist on the many questions i had about their coffees. I need to give major credit to Melody, because her matcha is unmatched. Every time she's the one preparing my drink, it comes out perfectly blended, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does -- the consistency and care in every cup says it all. Beyond her skill, Melody has such a calm and uplifting energy. I visited Better Buzz hoping for a productive morning with good food, but it didn't quite hit the mark. This was my second time visiting, with the first time being for a quick grab-and-go tea when they first opened. Right when I walked in this morning, I noticed that the place was freezing. The constant noise from blenders and loud overhead music made it impossible to focus, and the chatter from people trying to talk over all that preexisting noise just made things worse. Even with noise-cancelling headphones on, it was still unpleasantly loud. The place felt chaotic, definitely not a spot to relax or get any work done. To make things worse, it was around 9 a.m., and several tables were dirty. Despite this, I gave it a shot and ordered the Feta Avocado Toast ($9.99) and a Pink Dragon Smoothie ($8.49). Although aptly priced, both were pretty underwhelming. The toast was fine but nothing memorable, and the smoothie was 'meh' at best. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant visit. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend it to folks visiting the IE and hoping for a vibey coffee shop experience. read more

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting cozy, clean, and filled with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Better Buzz provides an incredible coffee shop experience to an area that unfortunately does not carry a tremendous amount of variety. I have gone several times into an incredibly packed shop and still met with amazing customer service and a welcoming environment from their baristas. Of course with the shop being relatively new, wait times can vary as they adjust to the endless waves of new and curious customers, but I have only seen and received the best from their crew. Most recently, I had an incredible experience from Francisco (or Fernando as it was a tad loud in the café and I may have misheard) as I waited patiently in line and he provided incredible hospitality to the guests and the line they had formed. Overall, if you are looking to try out a coffee shop and experience something new, I would definitely recommend it. read more

Ashley at Better Buzz is seriously the best store manager/barista/superwoman. She is always so kind, welcoming, and efficient no matter how busy it is. She remembers my order every time and even automatically gives me an extra cup of ice without me having to ask anymore, which honestly says so much about the level of care she gives customers. She keeps everything moving quickly while still making people feel genuinely taken care of. You can tell she works hard and really cares about the customer experience. I love visiting Better Buzz Coffee in Menifee! I am always pleased with their service. Since I am a regular Deaf customer, they know my order by heart. Melissa, one of the employees, is fluent in American Sign Language, making it much easier for me to communicate. I truly appreciate her friendly greetings every time I visit. Their drinks and food are top-notch, and the environment is bright and clean. The Wi-Fi connection is secure and extremely fast compared to other coffee shops. I tried again because maybe they were having an off day or something, but now the new blonde lady, supposedly the new manager, has made me very uncomfortable with certain comments she makes and way the way she talks to customers and employees. I went in and asked the male employee at the register what's the strongest drink to wake me up and he suggested the killer bee with vanilla powder since I like sweet. IT HIT THE SPOT! What a great local coffee gem we found! We heard from some friends that they go to Better Buzz in Menifee so my wife and I tried it out and boy was it busy! Overall, I liked the atmosphere and amount of space, but the drinks were more average for me. I'd come back to try something else, especially if the smoke issue isn't typical.
