This Better Buzz is my go to location when I need a quick drink; they are always reliable and quick to make your order. This Better Buzz is located in a plaza with many shops, making it difficult to find parking at times. When I'm inside, it's always "buzzing" with people and business, but that doesn't stop the workers from being kind and sweet. They've recommended me to try their Best Drink Ever with a cinnamon cold foam on top, and they were absolutely right about how it's the "best ever". Since the barista suggested to me, I can't stop drinking it. I did end up trying their pistachio best drink ever, and I actually didn't like it. Another favorite of mine is their breakfast burrito which has eggs, hash, cheese, and a chili crunch. I denoted a star because I think their burritos can be better. Their burrito tastes significantly different than other locations. Otherwise, this location is very decent. The interior is always clean and fully stocked with merchandise for purchase. I like using their online ordering app for those busy days. Thank you for the consistency and constant flair of drinks!

I had never even heard of this chain until recently, but BETTER BUZZ Coffee completely blew me away. The first drink I tried after asking the barista for a recommendation was incredible. Since then, I've had the banana pudding latte, cinnamon pistachio, and today the caramel vanilla latte. Every single one has been consistently delicious and full of flavor. Honestly, it's hard to pick a favorite, but I'm excited to keep trying more. Parking is pretty tough since there are so many businesses in the area, so don't expect a quick in-and-out stop--that's definitely a downside. I'm planning to try their pastries next time. Located in the Countryside Marketplace on Haun & Newport near Chipotle with plenty of parking and nice indoor/outdoor seating options. The lobby was clean, organized an has a merch section. It was my first visit, and I'm a bit conflicted. I ordered a hot Vanilla Bean Latte and an Apple Cinnamon Muffin; unfortunately, the latte felt a little watered down and the muffin was served cold which gave it a hard consistency. Service was okay. I'd give it another shot, but I'll definitely try a different drink next time.

This is the BEST coffee in the area, I love that you can customize the sweetness level. We ordered the caramel iced latte and the banana bread which is the best pastry. The coffee spot has plenty of seating space, and they are always clean and friendly. Highly recommend!

My son's soccer practice was nearby and I had never heard of this coffee shop. And wow! I would 100% drive 30 mins from my house to get some coffee here, best coffee I've ever tasted! I like the vibe! Love the selection of pastries. I will have to say I ordered the banana pudding latte and not one sip gave off a banana flavor- was a bit disappointed with that, it was good but def not what I was hoping for. I'll be back to try more.

Came for bomb coffee before our Spartan race, leaving with a new person to look forward to visiting in the area again before going to the Perris Rec Lake. Melissa made this specific Better Buzz so memorable!! She gave the best service and the cafe itself is gorgeous. Immaculate ambiance. We came in on a Tuesday around 10:30am. It is very loud with music here, but spacious. We ordered mint ice coffee, morrocan spice ice coffee and a chili crunch breakfast. Our server was very nice. It was so loud in the restaurant we couldn't even hear when our order was called. lol Maybe some like that? Anyway coffee is good, food is good too. The wrap was nicely filled with ham cheese and hash browns - outer wrap was a little too done but still tasty. Mint coffee was slightly flavored with mint-personally could have had a little more mint flavor. Morrocan coffee...fantastic! This is our go to coffee stop while visiting Menifee

This location is probably one of the most friendliest and most helpful spots I've been to. It's so nice to see people actually love and care for the jobs. For example, I was helped by Melissa R. Asking so many questions(I know I hate to be that customer but I am ) and she was so patient and kind I could stand in line for hours just talking to her! I stopped by this coffee shop Sunday night after seeing it on my maps while charging my Tesla. I noticed it was nearby and made it there five minutes before closing time--plenty of time for a quick order. But from the moment I walked in, it was clear the cashier didn't want my business. She gave me a look like I was an inconvenience, and the energy was... nonexistent. As a first-timer, I wasn't sure what to order and felt rushed while trying to decide. My husband asked for a chocolate chip cookie and was told they were out. Our drinks were actually really good, which made me want to grab another one to go--but I was told the register was closed, even though they technically still had a few minutes. As we walked out, I noticed chocolate chip cookies on display. When I asked why we were told they were out, the cashier said, "Those are gluten." Still not sure what that means. read more

I realized that in the years I've been coming here, I hadn't left a review! My goodness. I don't think I've ever seen this spot empty. Always busy yet friendly and welcoming. Coffee orders have been perfect. I love that you can request how sweet you want it. Really helps. My favorite part is their decor. I love the blue they use and the gold accents. I moved to Menifee last year and quickly realized how tough it is to find good spots for people with dietary restrictions. So I was really happy to discover Better Buzz. We are new to Better Buzz and love the coffee. We have always had great service and experiences except early last Sunday. We ordered 2 extra hot cappuccinos for pick up in 10 minutes. We got there early and they were waiting for us on the shelf. Got them to the car and they were barely warm, no tab covering the opening on the lids and cups were barely 1/2 full. We've ordered these many times before and they were hot and full cups of coffee. My husband ordered the large and it was gone in 4 sips. For $7 we got ripped! Mine was the regular size and it was barely warm and hardly had any coffee in it also. We love your coffee and hope we can continue to patronize your shop! Hopefully there will be better quality control! read more

The manager ignores you when you're waiting to order. I called in at Better Buzz to grab an iced coffee. Although the manager and another server were right in front of me at the back counter, they ignored me for a good 5 minutes, The girl who was busy making drinks, said "someone will be with you soon". Another customer came in behind me and one of the 2 that had ignored me said, we will be right with you, then carried on ignoring me and the other customer. Eventually the girl who had been making drinks, came over and served me, I asked can I speak to the manager, she said yes, I was shocked that one of ghe 2 that had been ignoring us was the manager. She came over and after I explained that I'd been ignored and been waiting about 8 minutes. Just for someone to take my order. The manager said oh I'm sorry for any inconvenience I was training the other server. I asked her "couldn't that training have waited rather than have 2 customers waiting so long". read more

I paid $72 total and was given a $50 credit, but I am still missing multiple personal items and have not received any real update. When I called to follow up, I was met with a dismissive attitude and my concerns were not taken seriously. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service is what's most disappointing. I'm still hoping this can be resolved and my missing items are located.

I visited Better Buzz hoping for a productive morning with good food, but it didn't quite hit the mark. This was my second time visiting, with the first time being for a quick grab-and-go tea when they first opened. Right when I walked in this morning, I noticed that the place was freezing. The constant noise from blenders and loud overhead music made it impossible to focus, and the chatter from people trying to talk over all that preexisting noise just made things worse. Even with noise-cancelling headphones on, it was still unpleasantly loud. The place felt chaotic, definitely not a spot to relax or get any work done. To make things worse, it was around 9 a.m., and several tables were dirty. Despite this, I gave it a shot and ordered the Feta Avocado Toast ($9.99) and a Pink Dragon Smoothie ($8.49). Although aptly priced, both were pretty underwhelming. The toast was fine but nothing memorable, and the smoothie was 'meh' at best. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant visit. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend it to folks visiting the IE and hoping for a vibey coffee shop experience. read more

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting cozy, clean, and filled with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. She took the time to answer my questions about the different roasts and even recommended a drink that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Better Buzz provides an incredible coffee shop experience to an area that unfortunately does not carry a tremendous amount of variety. I have gone several times into an incredibly packed shop and still met with amazing customer service and a welcoming environment from their baristas. Of course with the shop being relatively new, wait times can vary as they adjust to the endless waves of new and curious customers, but I have only seen and received the best from their crew. Most recently, I had an incredible experience from Francisco (or Fernando as it was a tad loud in the café and I may have misheard) as I waited patiently in line and he provided incredible hospitality to the guests and the line they had formed. I love visiting Better Buzz Coffee in Menifee! I am always pleased with their service. Since I am a regular Deaf customer, they know my order by heart. Melissa, one of the employees, is fluent in American Sign Language, making it much easier for me to communicate. I truly appreciate her friendly greetings every time I visit.
