Better Buzz Coffee never disappoints. My go-to drinks here are the Best Drink Ever or the Hazelnut Divinity--both are consistently delicious and perfectly balanced. But what really keeps me coming back is their Better Breakfast Sandwich. It's stacked with bacon, egg, Havarti cheese, arugula, and garlic aioli on a pretzel bun... and wow. I'm literally drooling just writing this. It's savory, rich, and so satisfying--hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches out there. Great coffee, amazing food, and a spot I'll gladly keep coming back to. Highly recommend! read more

I had such a great experience at Better Buzz Coffee! From the moment I walked up to order, the atmosphere was welcoming. The coffee was absolutely delicious--perfectly crafted and exactly what I needed. Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever is my FAV! But what really made my visit exceptional was Angela (Angie). She went above and beyond in every way. Not only was she friendly and professional, but she genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She was patient, attentive, and brought such positive energy--it truly made my day. It's rare to find customer service that stands out this much, and Angie absolutely delivered. So happy to have a place like this in town! Creative fun drinks served with coffee that's made with high quality beans. The food is amazing I really enjoyed chilli jam sausage croissant, the bread quality is amazing. And the service is great we got to say hello to the manager Angela and she runs a great crew here. I see this spot ALL THE TIME on my way to pick up and drop off my son, so I had to make a pit stop. I went through the drive thru and it was definitely an easy and chill experience! The menu is pretty simple but still some great options for food and drinks. The service was quick and very nice. I wasn't able to go inside so I didn't see the ambiance of the place, but for the most part it was a dope setting! read more

This place finally opened closer to my house and I'm so glad it did! The location is so cute and I love their aesthetic! You can order at the window or you can also do drive thru. The line goes by quick and the menu can seem overwhelming however I would recommend just trying "the best drink ever" drink if you're unsure what to get. I have gotten that and it has hit the spot every single time. Their best ever breakfast sandwich with avocado is good as well! read more

Got dinner on the run here tonight with my daughter as we headed to a volunteer event. Forgot to take pics but we got the Snickerdoodle latte, açaí bowl and avocado toast. Everything was on point and the food here always tastes like it's from a fancy cafe not a drive thru spot. Delicious menu items and fresh ingredients make for a great place to grab a bite. So, my son the new coffee connoisseur in training woke up at an embarrassingly early hour and drove all the way from Riverside to Better Buzz in Upland on a Saturday. He said he knew it would be packed and wanted to get there early. He returned home with "the best drink ever" with a cinnamon foam top! It was sweet, it was delicious, and I'm pretty sure it was expensive! But hey a good cup of coffee is worth a tiny mortgage right? It definitely woke me up that Saturday I think I cleaned my house twice! My Point is if you are a coffee connoisseur Better Buzz is your scene. I don't understand the hype at all. I'm a big time coffee and expresso drinker trying all different brands, plus my own machine at home. Overpriced, over sweet, very mild coffee drinks. I ordered a large (16 oz) Hazelnut and my wife, a 12 oz plain latte. She actually thought they forgot the coffee in hers and as it was just slightly coffee flavored milk. My Hazelnut was supposed to have 3 shot, but no way. It was very mild and super sweet. Unfortunately, after I ordered and walked away I saw in small writing at the top of their menu, that you can order half-sweet. Do not recommend. read more

I've heard good things about better buzz so decided to check it out with the hubby yesterday afternoon. I saw that they had their newest spring line out and ordered two lavender Matcha lattes. They were very delicious and on top of that. We also tried the Matcha white chocolate chip cookie, which was very yummy and tasted fresh. Our barista Haley was amazing! She had great customer service, was very professional and has a smile the whole time. Thank you Haley! We will definitely be back to try everything on the menu. read more

Came here at about 630 am. A couple hours later than I wanted. Was able to order a Hot Hazelnut Large Coffee, Nutella Croissant, and an OG Acai Bowl. I also got an order of big donut holes with cream filling. Everything was so good! Alot of workers here today, getting bombarded, but great service. It's a really nice and clean outside place. I'm the one that made a mess with my cream filled donut hole spillage!Glad I came here for opening day!!! read more

I first tried Better Buzz Coffee at their Carlsbad location. A friend of mine hyped up the best drink ever so that's what i ordered and i instantly fell in love! So when i heard we were getting one in Upland- i was so excited! this location is just as good and still lives up to the hype. i will say- the prices for the food could be a tad bit cheaper- but the coffee is well worth it! Food- i get the Delux Avo Toast, add bacon and arugula, salt and pepper, if i'm feeling fancy and up to paying for it. haha! it never disappoints. Coffee- I usually order the Best Drink Ever, 1/2 sweet with extra ice. *chef's kiss! i haven't had one bad experience at this location. employees are super friendly and helpful. the drive thru line is actually not that bad! service is pretty quick. parking isn't the best if you decided to 'dine in' but you can always park along the street and walk up. Tables are clean and wifi is good. Def one of my go to places when i need a solid pick me up! read more

Came here for the opening and waited in the drive through, the line was long BUT it went by pretty quick given the length. The workers had traffic control making the experience smooth and easy. The gentleman who took our order was super sweet even when I make an adjustment after making my order, amidst the amount of people waiting. Now the drinks, I ordered the iced maple best and the bear claw best. The bear claw was better in flavor with a balanced sweet/strong ratio where the iced maple was lacking in flavor and was mostly a strong coffee taste, but not bad. Luckily, when you download the app and order you get a free drink on your next trip so I'll definitely be back to try the holiday drinks and food. read more

The baristas here truly go above and beyond, honestly, they could probably train the green apron chain on how to actually make genuine personal connections with customers instead of "unique" scribbles on each cup. The drive-thru is impressively fast, which is such a win when you're on the go. I also love how creative the drink menu is--so many fun and unique options to try. The horchata latte was a standout for me--light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. And the breakfasts? So good. This place just opened yesterday and we just had to try it. The line looked crazy long however they 3 staff members directing traffic which made so easy. Also, we were in line for less then 7 mins (timed it) from begging to end. We got the avocado feta toast and 4 drinks (2 for us 3 for some friends). - the bread was perfectly toasted lots of bacon, avocado, tomatoes, feta. I will say, for my liking it needed some salt but other than it was so good. I got the Hazelnut Divinity - white chocolate mocha with a touch of hazelnut Hot - very flavorful, if you love hazelnut this is the drink for you! My Fiancé got Best Drink Ever - classic americano + signature creamy vanilla Hot' - light roast, very tasty, no burnt taste, love the vanilla flavor not too sweet just perfect. We also got the Horchata Iced Latte espresso, housemade sweetened cinnamon rice milk, almond milk & cinnamon sugar And Matcha Tea Latte Hot. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. A must try for sure. read more

If you want to wait a long time to have your order taken and wait even longer to get it for a mid coffee, don't come here. The hype is over rated & you'll get better coffee & better service at Starbucks. The food is the only thing that's decent probably because they use a third party to provide it. Most açai places are loaded with sugar. Delicious, happiness, making sugar! But this offering was so, SO good I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything by coming here. Service was friendly and laid back. Each bowl is constructed by hand, made customizable however you like it. That does take a bit of time, so plan a few extra minutes to wait in line, and treat yourself to one of their delicious bowls. There is no seating inside, but there's communal seating outside. There's also plenty of parking in the lot shared amongst the different shops.

Most other places you have to place an order ahead (like a day or two, or more--which defeats the purpose when you want your drink NOW). One thing I did notice though, I ordered one 24 oz celery juice here and it was $11.50 while at the West Covina location it was two of the same for $19. It's a small shop, clean, music is almost just as loud as West Covina's-- it's like Starbucks--- get in, take your $$ and get out. Great tactic. If it weren't for the noise pollution I might've given them a 5 star. Parking is limited in a small strip mall, free.

I was tempted to get the Ube pancakes, but I had been eyeing the lilikoi French toast all week, so I went with that and a cappuccino. Also got a side of bacon and eggs. My oldest got the buttermilk pancakes and my youngest got the chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes and an iced matcha + honey with strawberry cold foam. Everything was wonderful! They make their own bread for their French toast and the passion fruit curd from scratch! Wow! So good! The strawberries were also super fresh. The bacon was cooked perfectly--nice and crispy! This was my first time trying Better Buzz Coffee, and it will absolutely be my last. I ordered the carnitas egg bites and 2 vanilla lattes and found a hair in my food. It was disgusting and completely ruined my meal. While I understand mistakes can happen, it's how a business responds that really matters--and Better Buzz completely failed. I was immediately promised a refund, but after that I had to call the store multiple times with no follow-up. I had to reach out to corporate to grab the stores attention. Eventually, the store manager, Lizzie, reached out and explained that there had been an error processing my refund and that none of her employees had informed her that I had called about the issue. I responded promptly, expecting the issue to finally be resolved, but after that, she never responded again. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, I was completely ignored. Instead of honoring the refund I was promised, I was offered a $30 gift card. Why would I want a gift card to a place where I found hair in my food and experienced such poor customer service? I have absolutely no intention of returning. The lack of accountability and communication was just as disappointing as the food quality. A simple refund and follow-through would have gone a long way, but instead I was left chasing the store for weeks with no resolution. This was a horrible first-time experience. Finding hair in my food was bad enough, but the way this was handled afterward was even worse. Between the poor food quality, broken promises, and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend Better Buzz Coffee. Save your money and support a business that stands behind its products and treats its customers with respect. read more

1st time trying better buzz coffee. I have seen it all over tiktok and was super excited to see a location closer to home. Decided to try it out today since I was in the area and let me tell you.... Experience 10/10 As I approached the person taking orders outside I was trying to look at all the recomendations on tiktok. Angela greeted me super peepy asked how my morning was going and if I needed any help with the menu. I said yes this is my first time so I dont really know what to order. She was super excited that it was my first time ordering told me all of the amazing things that they offer and how she was just a vanilla latter girly BUT she has recently discovered the banana pudding drink and has been really loving that. I took her up on it and WOW it was amazing! BEST drink ive had in a long time. As I was leaving she asked me if I liked it and I assured her that it was the best drink ive had in a long time. The Pumpkin Spice "Best Drink Ever" was genuinely the best I have ever had - perfectly spiced, not too sweet, and just incredible. The service was top-notch, thanks to Katie, who was amazing in helping me with my drink and food selections. Her recommendations were spot on! Stopped by Better Buzz Coffee on my way to Upland to meet up with friends, and I'm so glad I did! I went through the drive-through and even though there was a line, it moved quickly and smoothly the whole time. I ordered an iced Best Drink Ever with cinnamon cold foam and it was made to absolute perfection seriously so good. You can tell they pay attention to the details. I had the pleasure of visiting this coffee shop with my girlfriend, and we were both impressed with the wide array of drink and food options, but also with the quality of the drink we ordered, which were the Bear Claw (extremely sweet) and the Prickly in pink Mojito (very refreshing).
