We came back on Tuesday the week after again around the same time, hopeful that it being a weekday and during school hours would leave more stuff but still again most of everything was gone, including many drink options. You'd expect a coffeehouse to still have coffee all day until they close (2pm), but why stay open until afternoon if you're going to run out of practically everything by 11? The point is, you're going to be disappointed with the limited options of goodies left if you get there any later than EARLY. I'm glad the business is doing very well but this should be a sign for you guys to increase your stock.

Colorful, comfy couches with ottomans for extra seating, trays that look more like they belong in a West Elm catalogue, pastries with ingredients like kunafe. I also loved the audio real estate - they were playing what sounded like Middle Eastern music. My nose also picked up notes of cardamom and cloves - so unique! The staff was so pleasant and patient as I asked so many questions about their coffee and treats. I settled on a mufawaar coffee which tasted very different from your usual mocha latte but is just as flavorful and satisfying, as well as some meat pies. I highly recommend the chicken fatayer - it is delicately spiced with pulled apart chicken in a soft wrap that is delightfully chewy. We tried the cheese and zatar fatayer and the cheese and zatar croissant which were both pleasant (but we preferred the chicken fatayer). For dessert we got the pistachio kunafe cheesecake which looks like a Dubai chocolate in cake form. Trust me and get this. It is not too sweet and gets lovelier with every bite. My husband and I fought over the last forkful. It is a little bit pricey at $11 a slice though, but it's worth it! So if you're sick of the typical eggs and bacon breakfast, head on over to Qamaria because it is a sensory delight and a reprieve from your usual order. Surprise your palate and experiment a little. I promise you, you will fall head over heels in love with this place like we did.

This was my first time trying Better Buzz Coffee, and it will absolutely be my last. I ordered the carnitas egg bites and 2 vanilla lattes and found a hair in my food. It was disgusting and completely ruined my meal. While I understand mistakes can happen, it's how a business responds that really matters--and Better Buzz completely failed. I was immediately promised a refund, but after that I had to call the store multiple times with no follow-up. I had to reach out to corporate to grab the stores attention. Eventually, the store manager, Lizzie, reached out and explained that there had been an error processing my refund and that none of her employees had informed her that I had called about the issue. I responded promptly, expecting the issue to finally be resolved, but after that, she never responded again. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, I was completely ignored. Instead of honoring the refund I was promised, I was offered a $30 gift card. Why would I want a gift card to a place where I found hair in my food and experienced such poor customer service? I have absolutely no intention of returning. The lack of accountability and communication was just as disappointing as the food quality. A simple refund and follow-through would have gone a long way, but instead I was left chasing the store for weeks with no resolution. This was a horrible first-time experience. Finding hair in my food was bad enough, but the way this was handled afterward was even worse. Between the poor food quality, broken promises, and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend Better Buzz Coffee. Save your money and support a business that stands behind its products and treats its customers with respect. read more

Service at this location is not great. It's fall, their fall drinks are out but in the drive through they aren't on the menu. I don't come here often so I asked what fall drinks are available. I asked for a Best Drink Ever with pumpkin cold foam. The server put in a Pumpkin Spice Buzz. I assumed I just didn't order the correct name and she corrected it but it's an entirely different drink. I didn't want to sit and argue that this wasn't the drink I wanted since the recipe (by her error), clearly says this is the drink to make. Her attitude and demeanor was also extremely aggressive like she couldn't be bothered to help me - she just wanted customers pushed through. I also got a pumpkin cream cold brew. You would think this is a basic drink but it's absolutely disgusting. I actually threw it away after 1 sip. The cold brew tasted like it's been sitting around for a while or moldy. I'm afraid I'll get sick if I drink this. I did not circle back because I have to go to work. Unfortunately, with 5 other coffee shops in the area and a new one opening on baseline and carnelian, I'll probably rarely come back. Especially since it both drinks are either wrong or terrible. Price doesn't matter but for $15 for 2 coffees, I'd expect them to be at minimum decent. read more

Stopped by Better Buzz Coffee on my way to Upland to meet up with friends, and I'm so glad I did! I went through the drive-through and even though there was a line, it moved quickly and smoothly the whole time. Getting these types of coffee drinks for under $5 is almost unheard of but I will for sure be back when in Rancho. The cafe is not easy to spot from the parking lot but they do have a sign to lead you there. It looks like a cool place to study or hang out, they have games and a few toys for littles. There is also some seating outside.

UPSIDE DOWN HALO HALO (with Ube Ice Cream) Been awhile since I've last tried this dessert and it was so good! Did pay a little extra to substitute vanilla ice cream for ube ice cream and it was worth it! You can't go wrong with the ube shake + ube ice cream + jellies + fruits inside this delicious dessert! It is in a much larger cup too, so this can be shared with two people. UBE CRACK CHEESECAKE The crunchy crust was a bit more coarse and had a shortbread sweetness to it. The ube flavor was there in the cheesecake, but you got that tangy cream cheese flavor too. Moist, creamy and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed it. UBE TRUFFLE This was very sweet. You got the ube cake inside which was like a cake pop, but much softer and creamier. It tasted like the ube, but overly sweet and the outer Oreo crust was sweet too. A little bit of vanilla flavor too. Probably won't order this again, but I will say the aftertaste was of ube and it was a pleasant aftertaste. UBE CRINKLE It tasted like a very soft shortbread cookie, but a bad one. The texture was too soft and it did crumble. The outer crinkle part was very sugary and sweet. I wouldn't reorder this. UBE MONSTER (MINI) Basically what is sounds like, an ube shake. It was good. The Oreo topping did go well with this ube shake. The ube shake is the same ube ice cream. CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly and nice, good service overall. AMBIANCE + SEATS Cozy and inviting. Lots of wooden tables and chairs for 4 people. There were outdoor seats too. Decorated with lots of Star Wars paraphernalia all over the cafe. Surprised they didn't play the theme song too. Lol. There's also a small area with games where you can play with friends and family. Bathroom was clean too. SELF-ORDER KIOSK You can order at the front register or order at the kiosk. I ordered at the front register the first time I was here and then ordered via kiosk the second time I was here. Both worked well with no issues. LOCATION + PARKING Adjacent to The NoyPitz Bar& Grill, Right next to Desu Pizza Bite. Hidden inside the courtyard. Lots of parking spaces. Not everything I tried was great here, but will be back for the Upside Down Halo Halo and Ube Crack Cheesecake!
