I got a delicious Best Drink Ever and Better Breakfast. It was fun to visit Arizona and go to this coffee shop. I have been to the San Diego locations and it matched the cool vibe! read more

Love the Best Drink Ever! Muffins are fresh and delicious. They were very busy, but still provided good service either way a smile.

Visiting from out of town and stopped in to give them a try...their Cold Brew is awesome and I loved their Avocado Toast. Service was great! read more

I am obsessed with the Iced Best Drink Ever! The drive thru employees roll pretty smoothly and inside is always a BUZZ (see what I did there).. sometimes a little more crowded and loud than I personally enjoy. read more

WAYYYY to slow !! They are a coffee shop 20min wait with 2 cars i front of me they act like we surprised them when cars show up to order coffee . Never again I'll find a faster spot read more

Had such a great experience here! I accidentally spilled my drink, and the staff immediately came to help me, offering a replacement free of charge. The drinks themselves are fresh and flavorful. read more

The parking lot here is a bit chaotic but you're in and out fast. The staff is friendly and welcomes you when you're ordering by giving their favorites from the menu. It is on the pricier end for breakfast as my spouse and I orders two breakfast items, two coffees and a croissant and spent around $45.00. But the coffee was flavored well. We had an iced horchata latte & mazapan cold brew that was nutty and yummy! This coffee spot is trendy and efficient. If it were down the street from my house this would be my new go too. Great place to get your buzz! read more

I was a fan of better buzz before they came to phoenix! It was almost ceremonial to visit every time I was in San Diego. The drinks and food are amazing! Compared to the other drive-thru coffee shops around here. The Açaí Islander Bowl is legendary! And for how busy they tend to be, the service is definitely great too. The inside is a little small, but I'm sure during the week it's a cool space to hang out. read more

Better Buzz Coffee - Horchata Latte, Turkey Pesto, Chai Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Went here with my lady 3 times and every time it's seems like the employees move slower took us about 30 minutes to get our two drink and only 4 people were in front of us read more

Mediocre at best. Ordered a sandwich with coffee and it was clearly microwaved . Hard as a rock turkey with cheese on bread... no pesto aioli. I am a bit of a coffee snob so I won't rate the coffee...but my husband likes the sweet drinks so that's why we go every once in a while. Not a fan of the place . There are way better local coffee shops in the central Phx area with delicious food . This is a suped up McDonalds read more

I only crave a frozen coffee drink once a year, I'm otherwise a tea drinker. I got the blended caramel iced coffee from here and it was so good I got another the next day. I realized I over did it for me cause I was pretty buzzy after BUT it was so delicious it made me break a cycle I've had forever of one frozen coffee beverage a year. read more

Sandwich was savory and warm, coffee was a bit too sweet but that might just be what I ordered. The baristas were super nice. Their pastries are to die for my croissant didn't even make the picture. The music was a bit too loud, definitely a hangout with friends spot not really meant for studying. read more

Better Buzz Coffee - Caprese sandwich and honey latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Ooooooweeeeeeeee. Snickerdoodle latte feels like sipping on heaven. Some of the best matcha I've ever had! BEST DRINK EVER... lives up to the name. Greek yogurt bowl with the freshest berries, cutest little honeycomb! adore their aesthetic and color scheme! Their staff is awesome and do their best to work around the tight drive thru/ parking lot space. On a positive: a friendly policeman is assigned to help control and guide the lines. Welcome to the Valley- honey bee, buzz buzz read more

I tried the "best drink ever" and it was pretty dang good iced. I also picked an almond croissant up, ask for it heated up and it was very enjoyable. I'll definitely be back. read more

For starters the girl taking our order was very rude. Being from the Midwest I love to make small talk and tend to be a happy person but she was not having it. She seemed annoyed and irritated with all our questions (we were the only ones in line). When I got my cold brew I was shocked at how milky it was. I got a cold brew with almond milk and vanilla. It is one thing to prefer coffee with more or less cream/milk but even the person with me said "this is just almond milk" after tasting it. I also got an açaí bowl. I currently live in Florida and love a good açaí bowl but for $11 this should not have been filled up halfway. It's all aesthetic...not good :/ read more

I'm excited to have a new booming business in the area. The staff is super friendly, and the service was quick, even as busy as they were. I've tried the cold brew, best drink ever, 3-seed avacado toast, and acai bowl and was pleased with my choices. The parking lot is small and can be challenging to get in and out of during busy times. It would be nice if they could take over some of the parking lot to the east of them, which is typically empty when I go by. I hope Better Buzz stays in AZ and continues to be a success!! read more

The hype is insane since opening, not a quick grab and go coffee place. The matcha latte was good. Service was good for the demand. Maybe I will return once the hype calms down. read more

This place has amazing coffee. It's SO good. My only complaint is that every, and I mean every, single time I come here the service is terrible. The last two times I'd come I waited close to 15 minutes in the drive thru so normally I don't come as often as I'd like. That's fine I can adjust to that but the actual service/baristas never seem like they know what they're doing or they've just been hired. They seem oblivious to customer needs and even just a sense of urgency or customer service. Coffee -- great. Baristas -- not so great. And I really wanted to give them a chance after the first few times since I know it's new read more

Very average for what you pay. Honestly I would just call it an overpriced starbucks. Drinks were very okay and food wasn't anything special

Love the Blended Caramel iced coffee! Drive thru was quick and staff were kind! Will definitely be back! read more

I've only stopped at the drive thru so no idea of the inside but the coffee and food left something to be desired. I ordered the cinnamon caramel cream cold brew and a ham and cheese breakfast croissant. First the prices are definitely higher than most of the coffee shops I frequent, it was almost $19 for these two items. Once I made it to the window I was handed a cold brew..but no caramel cream. When I confirmed this was my coffee, the employee tells me they ran out of what they needed to make the cold foam to top it. My sandwich came in a plastic container. I accepted the food and drink and drove about 5 minutes home. The coffee was fine - nothing really special, it tasted pretty run of the mill. The sandwich was disappointing. It was supposed to be toasted, but because of being in a plastic container, the residual heat and moisture basically steamed the croissant, so certain parts of it were gummy and gooey instead of flaky and crisp. Overall definitely not worth the prices they're charging, especially when they don't notify you they're out of ingredients and neither the food nor the coffee were better than anything you could get across the street at Starbucks. I likely won't be back. read more

The first Better Buzz in Arizona! The best coffee, food, pastries, and people. I'm a huge fan of this location. It's so rad inside. And the team in here is always busting out drinks so fast! Always a great spot to sit inside and enjoy your coffee or some food. read more

Great people, great atmosphere and great vanilla buzz shots!! Can't wait for their grand opening in Gilbert someday soon read more

Really disappointed I've been to Better Buzz several times in San Diego so I was excited AZ was getting a location. Unfortunately, the coffee was disappointing I ordered the Moroccan spice and the mint infused coffee both taste like water down coffee with a bottle of spice dumped in and the "mint infused" had one single mint leaf not mint flavor. The location isn't ideal as it blocks a lot of traffic in and out and the service was mid. You can see the bottom of my cup how much spice was used at least half an inch and yes I stirred several times read more

Good coffee. As pricey as any. Worth the hype ? Are any of? We're overpaying for coffee and looking for new places to do it. I hate that I am we. But, I am. read more

Better buzz is a hot new spot that all of my friends keep raving about! They have many options for unique, fun coffee. I will confess, I dont find their coffee to be anything to write home about but I do enjoy my Caramel Vanilla Latte with their vanilla bean subbed for the regular vanilla. Their muffins are also quite yummy! I have also tried the best drink ever and found myself disappointed and asking for a different drink as the best drink ever was nowhere close to the best drink I've ever had lol. The staff is not obviously happy to help when taking my order but they also aren't obviously rude. I also think the location is way too small given its popularity. The drive through is often very busy and makes it difficult to park to go inside. The indoor atmosphere is so cute but I personally find it to be way too loud. I find that it's hard to chat with my friends over coffee or get work done since the music is loud, the space is small and there is a lot of stuff going on. Overall, I know a lot of people really like this place, however it's not the spot for me given the overstimulating environment and underwhelming drinks and service. read more

Good matcha latte but the music is SO LOUD. Quite hard to get work done here if that is your goal. Maybe stick to the drive though unless you are just sitting down for a casual convo with a friend. I would not recommend coming here to read or do work. read more

love, love, love! the vibe, staff, and food/drinks are great!! 10/10! First tried them in cali and was super excited when they announced this location which is only 5 minutes from my apartment, check it out! read more

Great coffee, atmosphere, people and I can't wait for the one in Gilbert to open someday soon

Friendly staff. Quality items. Very good coffee. All positives. The most important things. Horrible parking lot, fast drive thru , inside very comfortable, horrible parking lot. I mean it could be a deal breaker with no street parking, few spaces. Just sayin. GO ANYWAY. GOOD PRODUCTS. read more

Best coffee and treats! Love the people :) so happy that we have one now in Phoenix! Better Buzz rocks!

Seemed to still be finding their legs. A lot of bodies inside but still a wait at the window for my coffee. I had the mint infused with mocha added. Started out decent tasting, but it was a waste of money. 3/4 of foam and a 1/4 of the coffee mixture. Not a balance at all. read more

Drinks, food, and service were great! I have been twice now and both times got the better breakfast sandwich and the best drink ever. The second time I got the best drink ever with half of the sweetener which was great! Looking forward to trying more of the menu! The pastries looked delicious! read more

I was pretty dissatisfied with this place. The "best coffee ever" was just a watery vanilla latte. I also got a bagel which was stale but not terrible. You could definitely make a better coffee at home. The positives were the really friendly and helpful workers and baristas. They had a lot of energy and were accommodating. I wouldn't come back personally. read more

Decent all around. I went around opening time during the week. Nothing amazing and luckily didn't have any issues in the parking lot - during the day it spills into the road and can get dangerous in my opinion. Low rating because it's such a hassle (if you go when they're busy that is) for very mediocre drinks. Nothing wrong with the place or their drink at all, just way better options around without the parking lot head ache. read more

Went here for the first time since they opened. The inside is small but nicely designed with a good amount of seating area for the size. The cashier was very nice as was the rest of staff, and drinks were made quickly. While the inside is nice, it is not clean. There was only two tables with costumers and then 4 employees at the high top having a meeting. Every table was covered in split coffee or crumbs. It was a Monday at 1300 so maybe they had a rush and had not gotten to cleaning but I had to clean the table myself. The reason for the for the two stars is because of the actual product. The drinks come in 16oz and 24oz. They do have 8oz and 12oz available for hot drinks. I ordered a 12oz hot mocha latte, large iced coffee, and bear claw. The bear was unfortunately terrible - it was very dry and had maybe a teaspoon of filling, I took two bites and didn't even try to finish it after that. The large iced coffee was just ice. After two sips it was already at the bottom of the cup. The entire cup was ice, worse than Starbucks level of ice. Lastly, the mocha was way too sweet. If you are an overly sweet coffee lover then you'll probably like it. But, I prefer a balanced drink. I took a sip and couldn't finish. They were very nice and remade it for me- since maybe the size difference threw off the balance, but even the second time it was the same sweetness level. I did not finish my mocha either. It's a chain coffee shop, so it's to be expected that not every location is going to be amazing. However, Phoenix has a lot of amazing coffee shops, with much much better coffee and excellent pastries for the same price. I would advise trying else where if you are looking for a new spot. read more

I was so excited to see that they opened a location here in AZ after visiting the one in San Diego! The coffee is great, workers are so nice, and vibes are good. I would say that being the first location in AZ this company should prioritize their employees health and accommodate them with better gear for taking orders outside. The last thing that I want to see when in the drive thru is a worker in all black, no hat, no fan, no water, sweating, and all red from the 105 degree heat taking orders. Do better for them. read more

Went to Better Buzz 7th street and Glendale Phoenix to redeem my birthday free drink, yay! But why are the drive thru employees complete opposites of the front counter employees?? They look lost and stressed out and take it out on the customer. The bad drive thru service is not worth the cost of goods. I will no longer spend money at this location. read more

I came back a few more times and things were a lot better. Really like the Sumatra coffee beans.

Ordered a Carmel buzz....was heavenly! So creamy and sweet. Line moves quickly. You won't be disappointed.
