Abraham was so helpful and kind. It was my first time at Better Buzz and couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was attentive, greeting you as soon as you walk in. Matcha was delicious. Great environment to do my schoolwork. read more

Better Buzz Coffee totally exceeded my expectations! I met some friends there for a quick coffee and sandwich which were amazing! Ryan was super helpful when I ordered and very patient as I navigated the menu. read more

The staff is really nice however almost every time I come I get an iced best drink ever with an extra scoop of vanilla and usually 80% of the time they never add the extra scoop. I used to go better buzz all the time in San Diego and loved the drinks there but it feels like this location never makes the drink the way I ask and the coffee just tastes watered down. read more

i came back to this location after visiting a few weeks ago and received excellent service yet again! the food was yummy and my drink was made perfectly. the staff is so sweet every time. I will definitely be visiting much more !!!!!!!! read more

Messed up my order twice. Asked for the matcha water based and they put in milk twice and I couldn't drink the milk. $7 wasted

my new fave coffee shop to get work done! plenty of parking in the plaza and space inside, vibes are high and the drinks were good. would come back again! read more

Excellent experience! I want to Better Buzz for the first time. I had a great experience. The café is clean and has a great atmosphere. There's a nice seating area outside and inside. There are many tables (again clean) to share food or drink with someone or work quietly along with your neighbor. I ordered a smoothie. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff in picking the order and how quickly they fulfilled my order despite the long line in the drive-through. My mango smoothie was refreshing and not too sweet. I will definitely be going back for more. read more

Great location! Super busy but everything came out in a timely manner. Staff was also great being friendly and super helpful.

Ordered three different sandwiches and neither had flavor. Coffee was okay. Service is okay. Price is like every other cafe.

This location is great! Very positive experience with every employee and they really made my day. I got the chance to speak to the general manager Jose I believe, and he is an awesome person and enhanced the experience. Great coffee and great sandwiches, 11/10! read more

I seriously LOVE BB, and I've been to this location so many times now! Super quick service for how crazy it is in there all of the time! Tried their new coconut swirl latte, so yummy! Great place to study because they actually have outlets and so many spots to choose from! 10/10! read more

Go-to shop for coffee which keeps me up during the day better than others. Also a good atmosphere to get work done if you need to sit down and be productive for a few hours and need white noise. read more

After visiting Better Buzz a couple times now, I can now say that it is one of my favorites in Fullerton. It is so conveniently located, as the freeway entrances are two lights away. Its hours of operation are especially convenient, especially when going for coffee early in the morning. The staff is always friendly, and the coffee is always delicious and perfectly brewed, the quality of coffee is always good. They have a wide varied of drinks and menu items to choose from. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and is bright due to its natural lighting, making it a great place to come study. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great coffee and service! read more

Great location and close to home. It's a much faster and better alternative to the other coffee shops in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and they are always accommodating to any modifications I have. So happy to have a new local coffee shop! read more

So I've given this place a fair amount of tries, unfortunately I just don't think it's for me. I came when they first opened their doors to check out the new spot instead of going to Starbucks. The interior was great and the staff was friendly. To this day both things remain true, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and the building and interior look great. The thing that I'm not super thrilled with is the drinks, my first order was a honey latte and it was pretty rough to get down it had a sickly sweet flavoring from the honey and the end note tasted of over roasted burnt coffee, but I chalked it up to the staff still mastering their technique and getting the recipes down as well as the temps because it did come out a bit on the cooler side. My next order was an iced hazelnut divinity, I ordered an extra shot and a drizzle of chocolate. What I got was a gigantic blob of chocolate on the bottom of my cup and again another burnt tasting coffee, the chocolate was not too appetizing and I'm not sure if it was just the combination of the original drink plus the shot, but something didn't taste right, I ended up having to add some milk once I got home to cut the bitter yet overly sweet drink. My last drink order was today, and thank goodness it was free for signing up but I can't finish this one either, I ordered the bursting blue raspberry energy and the only thing I can taste is coconut, there's no notes of lime or blue raspberry like the description says. Since the drink was free I decided to try the food as well I got a better breakfast sandwich, which was pleasant nothing out of the ordinary well made and good amount of aioli. I wanted to like this place for its aesthetic as well as not being Starbucks, but after three attempts it just hasn't justified the price especially for the way the drinks come out. I won't say don't come here, since you should formulate your own opinions, so check it out if you're interested you may find something you like. read more

This cute coffee shop just popped up and now I understand what the rave is about! I ordered the honey latte with oat milk and cinnamon cold foam and I wasn't disappointed. The staff here is super friendly and helped me pick out a drink that they thought I would like best. I also ordered the turkey pesto that was recommended to me, will be coming back. read more

with a side of oat milk, team better buzz made it to the OC. Couldn't bee more excited than when the chick-fil-a opened on the corner of my street. read more

It was our first time and Monze helped us out. She recommended the better breakfast and the cookie so we got both. As for drinks, I got the mint infused with cinnamon foam and the hazelnut divinity. Both were on the sweeter side but overall still good. Lots of seating and the orders came out pretty quick. She took our orders and made our drinks in less than 5 minutes. Definitely coming back. read more

Had a great visit at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!!

I've really tried loving it.. I ordered the peppermint matcha, a regular matcha latte with cold foam, a black lavender tea & a chai latte. I really wanted to love this place as I heard about the Costa Mesa location but every drink I ordered, with the exception of the chai, was very watered down. the matchas I got were almost white.. leading me to ask is it all milk?? As someone who doesn't drink coffee, I was really looking forward to this as they have a decent tea selection of drinks, not just herbal. I could give it another try in the future if they improve their drinks. read more

I went to their opening and it was my first time. Very pleased with the experience! I got their 3-Seed Avocado and the Best Drink Ever, both tasted great and I would definitely recommend. The place created good ambiance and the staff were all friendly (Miu was super kind and helpful)! I'd come back again :) read more

great service, drinks came out fairly quickly, lots of great seating and large area to chit chat. it was very loud and busy. i ordered an iced matcha and it was very milky with not too much of the matcha flavor. it was alright but i'm willing to try other drinks before saying it wasn't for me ! read more

I got the Miso Sweet and Salty Latte 1/2 sweetened with almond milk in the drive thru. As I pulled away I realized my drink was extremely sweet, so I went inside to get it fixed. They gave me back a regular latte, and I'm not even sure if they put almond milk in it at least. I didn't want to complain again, so I just took my L. I paid $7 for a regular latte which wasn't even that good. read more

I never understood the hype of this store. Coffee is mid and way over priced. I been here 5 times and 3 of the visits they messed up order. I only go because my girl likes it outside that I prob wouldn't go on my own. It's not the worst place tho they do have nice seating n play decent music. read more
