I paid $17.54 for a biscuit with egg, cheese, turkey sausage, and a black iced coffee. The biscuit was decent, but fairly small, and nothing about the sandwich felt premium enough to justify the price. The turkey sausage tasted like a standard pre-made sausage, and if there was a significant upcharge for choosing turkey, it didn't feel warranted. The coffee was fine. It was a basic black iced coffee, good enough, but not something that stood out or justified a premium price. My biggest issue is the value. Nearly $18 for a simple breakfast sandwich and a plain black iced coffee feels excessive for what was served. I've also noticed that the total seems to vary from visit to visit, making it difficult to know what to expect when ordering. I genuinely like the people who work here and wish them success. This review isn't about the staff. For me, it's simply a matter of price versus value, and I can no longer justify spending this much for a basic breakfast and coffee. Because the wedding brunch was the next day I put a note asking them to wrap it up so that it would be OK for overnight period and a very thoughtfully packaged each burrito with I think wax paper and then put all of them inside a aluminum container and so that made it very easy to re-warm. I could put them in the oven for a little bit or in the microwave without the aluminum... But there was a lot of thought. What I appreciated just as much as the food was the wonderful customer service. Due to an unexpected delay with work, I wasn't able to pick up my order at the scheduled time, but the team was incredibly kind and accommodating despite my very late arrival. I had a conversation with I think the manager who was very very kind and explained to me his process. I've been to this establishment before so I was happy to order again. At the brunch many of the girls were already familiar with this establishment but did not know that they could order catering service services, and the ones who were not familiar seemed very interested so there might be future customers down the line!
