We have been ordering from Better Burn for several years now and have always been impressed with them and their product. This time we ordered all-oak on a whim. All the pieces look great (as they always do) and they burn super long. It's a really clean burn and an easy light. They even include (and separately store) kindling to make everything easy. Really great high quality wood. I grill a lot and this wood is very high quality. No rotten logs. Travis was flexible in providing me with all white and red oak for grilling and pizzas. Travis and his dad are great people - and they provide a great product. Ordering online was easy. I ordered 1/2 cord of wood - and all of it was high quality. They were communicative throughout the whole process. Delivery was easy and straightforward. Travis was even kind enough to leave extra after I mentioned my neighbor had a wood-burning furnace and was looking for wood as well. The wood burns amazing - lights easily, very little smoke - and lasts a while. My wife and I enjoyed a nearly two-hour fire on our back porch last night in which I only put 6 medium sized logs on - and they burned strong the whole time. I didn't have to feed one extra piece. I put off ordering wood, and didn't want to have to go back to buy overpriced big box store wood for my next cookout. Better Burn Firewood brought out a generous quarter cord of mixed hardwood, same day service. They brought it out to my back yard and stacked it in my deck boxes and under my smoker, no hassle.
