Well, the service is just too good and their smoothies are too tasty! They have more than just donuts, they have great coffee and other drinks that really help to keep the place a place I enjoy going to. Like this place until this morning on 8/22/17 around 7:30. Went in and and as I'm telling clerk my order she grabs a bag and started putting my donuts in bag. So the other day i went into better be donuts and bought a dozen of donuts WITH 2 big donuts for $5:99 and then the next day i went in and thought that i would get the same price and ends up they are $10.00 for a dozen and $2:99 for each big donut and so i told the lady that was there if i could get a refund and she said no because its food (even though u can ) and i kept telling that i need my refund and she decided to call the manager so something can be resolved and manager said that we were lying and that the person that got us our donuts doesnt work there when clearly she does when me and friends were there theres even camera and manager also said that to bring the donuts the next day to return the donuts but i was there visiting and the kept saying to bring it the next day and manager said that they wont do anything because we already bought them read more

Ok guy with 2 star rating what your review is really saying is you're mad that you got there early and they weren't open to give you their awesome doughnuts. Ok the doughnut with the pink frosting with sprinkles (which the guy working there said they'll take my suggestion into consideration and call it the Homer Simpson Doughnut) is great. Great friendly service had a smile the entire time. Close to home, nice quiet spot a little hidden. The Homer Simpson doughnut was quite sweet but the rest where reasonable. Ok so I went here for donuts and a boba drink and I was highly disappointed with both the donuts seemed stale and smelled of old bread and their boba was very an epic fail it was over cooked and the worst I've ever tasted hands down ,, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the place is clean and I had a pleasant customer service experience but other than that no I will not come back here for donuts or boba and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone read more

This is my fourth time giving them a chance but it's been the same thing every time, BURNT. The donuts here are always burned and leave a nasty taste in your mouth. I can't believe there is people with such bad attitude working in customer service here. Came to get some donuts and coffee with my husband and kids, right from the point of coming in to the shop the woman at the counter just looked at us as if we were there to ask for free donuts, as if we were bothering her day, after a while she asked what we wanted I started telling my kids to let her know what donut they would like, but my kids would tell her the one they wanted and her eyes would roll and wouldn't even say if she had put it in the box yet, I tried to overlook her attitude and asked for the rest of the donuts, finally I asked her for a cup of coffee and her response was "I have to make it do you want to wait or should I just ring you up" but with just a nasty attitude that it just made me blow up and finally told her to keep her donuts and walked out. When we moved our family was a little upset that we were going to miss out on our weekend trip to the donut shop. So I took to yelp to see where people in this area were saying to go. Well I stubbled upon this place. I had to take a trip down to check it out. First I love that its not too far from the house. Then within this shopping center, there are plenty of things as well (Stater Bros, Jack in the Box, Cold Stone and Panda Express). This place is a little hidden from the parking lot (it's next to Cold Stone). I was surprised at how small it was, at least how small the selection was. But I decided to order a dozen anyway. The main reason is because they had these square chocolate donuts that the hubby loves. Well I was told that they were the same donut (filled with chocolate chips), when we got home it was a similar donut but no chocolate chip filling. I gave this place a "1" for dishonest service. Hopefully, this was just an isolated case. The clerk involved was a Latina lady, approximately 5' 2" in height. I asked her for 6 apple fritters. Unfortunately, only 5 were left. I told her to give me the 5 fritters plus 1 maple bar. The cost for 1/2 dozen is supposed to be $4.99. She charged me an extra $.75 for the maple bar plus $4.99 for the 5 fritters. I should have looked at the receipt before I left. read more
