I really appreciate how, even when it gets super busy, the staff always makes sure your drink is done right. And if it's not, they'll gladly fix it to make sure you leave satisfied. I came in on a really hot day when the place was packed, and the team still greeted everyone with a smile and so much patience. That says a lot about the kind of service they provide! I noticed someone left a review complaining about wait times, but honestly if there are 10 people ahead of you, it's only fair to expect a bit of a wait. Short story is I've been having to do work visits in Moreno Valley for the past 3-4 months. This Sharetea is conveniently located in the nicest outdoor mall in Moreno Valley. I've been stopping in regularly for boba. Fantastic drinks every time. The drinks I typically get is the honeydew with crystal boba, or else the taro without boba. The kids here treat me really well. Location is nice and clean. I don't know what is up with some of the negative reviews for this Sharetea location. My guess is that the negative reviewers may not be fair or regular customers. I can say this because I've been to this location once a week minimum for the last 3-4 months. Try it out, you be the judge. read more

Our family has been coming here since opening. Their drinks are great! Love the variety of matcha drinks available. When their is a mistake on a drink (which is rare) they make it right. The young lady who took our order were friendly . 4 of us had their mango passion fruit tea , one had regular milk tea with boba and one with macha milk tea with boba . We agreed their boba were cooked perfectly. When we all had a sip of our drinks we instantly said , we forgot to mention to cut down on the sweetness. It would be nice if the cashier also ask us the percentage sugar preference. 2 small table and chairs inside , if not there are some public seatings outside. Note to the manager- The potted succulents plants on the table & near the vicinity had so many tiny flying bugs . All the pots needed to dry out the soil , soil is soaking wet for succulents. Stop overwatering it. Use a spray bottle with peroxide &1/4 water spray the soil a few times a week to kill the bugs. Repeat until it's gone . I always order the same thing every time I come which is every two weeks. Either mango mojito or peach mojito. I always ask for no sugar but noticed that the ice level is always too much and my drink is gone pretty quickly bc it's mostly full of ice. So the last time I ordered, I asked for less ice. The girl working said they can't do that because it's blended and it won't fill up the cup if they don't use the normal amount of ice. So I told her to make up the difference with more water instead of the ice and she did it and it was perfect! I came again for a couple more times and each time, it has been someone different and again I ask for the drinks with less ice and both times was told no. I told the girl working that the previous time I went, I just asked the girl to fill the difference with more water, and she did it. She flat out responded. We're under strict orders not to change anything. The second time I went the girl didn't even give me a response as to why she just said we can't do it. Customer service was pretty poor. It's not like I'm asking for something difficult Or extra or cost of more money. I even offered to pay extra to have less ice in my drink. I was excited to stop by here for their Thanksgiving deals! They had BOGO 50% off and you also get a free pearl milk tea. What a steal! The milk teas have a good tea-to-milk ratio. I really like their toppings too. I definitely recommend the aiyu jelly, herbal jelly, or the pudding! The boba is a bit on the firm side for me. Parking right in front can be limited with the other businesses around but there's a parking lot with plenty of spaces around the back. I was so happy to find out that there was a major boba chain opening in Moreno Valley. Drinks: My favorite drink here is the Mango Green Milk Tea with 0% sugar! The green tea flavor is nice and the mango is sweet enough for me without any added sweetener. Atmosphere: The inside is nice and bright. I used to be a loyal customer here. I've never been to a boba shop that is so cluttered in my life. Seems like they can't decide if it's a boba shop, an arcade or a pop mart. I recently purchased a couple of the items for my kids that they sell on the side. Yes, I actually mean on the side because it had to be a separate transaction from my drinks? I've never experienced that at any other ShareTeas before. Also, you guys should consider hiring more people because it's always so low staffed. I am so glad there is a Sharetea in Moreno Valley! Parking right in front of the business isn't all that great, but you won't have any trouble parking in the shared (HUGE) parking lot of Target. I've been coming here since they first opened and I was so glad because I've been to many other Shareteas. However I noticed a drastic change between this location and others. Their drinks are inconsistent, sometimes they're really sweet and other times it tastes like water even though I always get 80% sweetness. The cashier never informs us when they are missing toppings. I always order a Golden Retriever which comes with 5 toppings. At other locations the cashier always lets us know when they are out of one of the toppings so we can replace it with another one. But recently this location hasn't been doing so and tells us at the end after the drink is made and only if I ask them about it. This location is also inconsistent with their hours. Their social media and signs in front of the store say they close at 9:00pm in weekdays and 10pm on weekends. I came at 8:30 on a Wednesday (30 minutes before they were scheduled to close) and the doors were locked. I looked inside and saw workers just standing there and looking at the door. I understand some places close 5 minutes maybe 10 minutes earlier because they're not busy, but 30 minutes before is crazy. I love Sharetea and love their drinks but this store just doesn't compare to the others. read more
