I didn't want to eat the AUCE buffet " Sunday Brunch" because that's just an invitation for me to binge eat and feel sick. However, the buffet brunch looked great. To avoid fixating at the food my friend and I ate at the bar .At an all you can eat heavier people are more opt to face the buffet while eating so eating at the bar solved this ... out of sight out of mind experience . The crab dip was scrumptious in the bread bowl sprinkled with old bay however you can leave the nachos off we ate the crab dip with bread bowl. The crab dip would be great with an artesian type bread such as melba toast. But your crab dip is good! The brisket was fork tender in its awesomeness...tender , juicy, and flavorful but I didn't eat the shoe string French fries ( would have been nice if offered alternative to starch) The ramekin of coleslaw to put on brisket ...yes that's what I'm talking about was really nice. My co worker and I went here on a Monday night and were pleasantly surprised! Very spacious and a nice ambiance- good for groups. The server/bartender was very friendly and attentive. The drinks, crab cakes and crabby Mac and cheese were delicious. The prices are very reasonable. My brother ordered dinner from 140 miles away. We ordered family meal for 6 plus large mashed potatoes, brisket and extra Cornbread. There was 8 people for dinner. Very impressed with the customer service and curbside pickup. Our order was perfect, no mistakes. I arrived on time, parked in pickup spot. Immediately was greeted and asked my name. She spoke into a mic and 1 minute later our food was headed to our car. Fresh and hot, the car smelled wonderful! Everything was delicious and packaged well. Was really delighted that the pulled chicken and pork were packed tight and sauces on the side. All the sides (baked beans, Cole slaw, BBQ potato salad) were yummy and the cornbread moist. Loved the container of whipped butter in the center.Glad we ordered extra cornbread!!! Chopped salad was also included with dressing on the side. The whole family ate and not 1 complaint. Decided to go here since it's only a seven minute car ride and they have ample handicapped parking. Plus they had hamburger night special at the bar which is my usual preference when dining alone. Upon entering the front door, the hostess greeted me warmly and enthusiastically and directed me to the bar. There was a nice seat at the end of the bar and I folded up my rollator and fit it nicely between the two bar stools. It was moderately crowded and it did take me a few moments to figure out their ordering system but it was fairly simple. My gin martini came in a generous size glass and was nice and cold but not frosty cold with the requested olives which were of a good quality. I should have ordered a Maker's Mark Manhattan but didn't see that it was on a special price list, so this is another good reason to go back. The bartender was attentive but not very chatty as he had a pretty full bar. My burger was good, the bun was good and the toppings I requested were all present and fresh including the crispy bacon. Enjoyed it and though not good enough to get onto my "definitely will go back" list, I will try it again if not for that yummy Manhattan waiting for me. read more

Things change. We are "snow birds" and this was our first 2023 visit. The service was excellent as was the corn bread. However, all sides were served almost cold and one requested replacement was just slightly better. Ribs, requested well done, were completely dry as if sitting in a serving tray somewhere rather than freshly grilled. The key lime pie vendor was obviously changed since last year as there wasn't any tartness to it. Overall, a disappointing experience compared with years past. read more

This place is awesome! We aren't big seafood people so it's hard to find a place with a big menu of other food, but this place has a lot! Just a heads up, the take out orders do not include the two sides that are included when eating inside. My order for take out would have been $25.00 with sides not included.....the order if I'd eaten inside would have been $26.00 including two sides. We were shopping at the outlets and needed a quick bite and Bethany Blues was not crowded at noon on Sunday. We started with the nachos, which were plentiful and very good just the way they come. Since they were so large, we split the Cuban sandwich. The pickles were shredded!! Genius idea I have never seen before. The sandwich was well put together. We went there today after arriving a little early for our check in. The rain had just started and I watched one of the servers run out to bring his table that was sitting outside in attentively. I mentioned that my middle child had a dairy allergy and the chef came out from the back to make sure that the fries would be okay for her since they were cross contaminated. When we ordered dessert, they, once again, came to make sure that the brownie would be okay for her. In retrospect there was not enough meat for the cost. AND-Our dinner was horrible!! Only came w 3 sausages which were dried out, shriveled. The ribs were also very dry and super bland. We threw them away after everyone tried one, knowing that they wouldn't get eaten as leftovers. The salad was good. Huge. Potato salad was also good. We got greens, not tasty. Thrown away w the ribs. Had the baby back ribs. Pretty good flavor but almost no meat on them. Only meat was the small areas between the ribs. I got a half rack. Since Covid, the ribs are not worth the high price they charge for them. Sides are currently just so-so. This place was much better prior to Covid. Food went downhill and prices way up. read more

We stopped for lunch this past Friday on our way home from Ocean City. Our server Jen was very pleasant and attentive. I had the chopped salad with grilled salmon and it was very good. We sat at the bar and enjoyed cocktails and bourbon (nice selection. What impressed us most was their attentiveness to gluten free patrons. A manager comes to the table and discusses the best options (there were plenty) and even made suggestions when they were out of an item. The staff is incredibly friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My husband has Celiac's and did not have a reaction. There was live music starting as we were finishing, good without being obnoxiously loud. We didn't actually try it, as we were looking to spend less for a meal, but everyone walking past us as we were waiting for our table seemed happy with their food. The kid's meals were a great deal. $6-$12 for a bunch of kid's sized portions AND they were served on a frisbee that the kids could keep after their meals!
