Not too bad but I did have to redirect my manicurist to fix some of the lines of the white tip because I hate when the edges are too high. Overall, he did a fairly good job on the white tips but needs improvement. Pedicure-- I waited about 10 mins after my manicure for them to start but the guy was efficient on time bc I told him I needed to be out by 2:50pm. He was a bit rough I'll say. She cleaned my toes, trimmed my nails, and used a circular electronic buffer on my heel. Then she put some kind of gel on it, wrapped it again to soften it more, and used a cheese-grater style foot file on the entire bottom of my foot. After that, she did a little steam session on my legs and feet while rubbing off the leg mask, then massaged each foot and leg for about 10-15 minutes straight. She finished by painting my toes. I was out by 12:20. My only complaint is the scheduling. There were (at least) three of us with 11am appointments, and while we all sat in the chairs around the same time, they didn't have enough techs. A couple of people ended up waiting over 30 minutes before anyone could even start on them.
