Was not impressed with my recent experience. I could have done more - spoken up. Shame on me. I went in to have gel polish replaced with regular and they did another gel. I also ended up having to file one nail as the tip was rough. I felt rushed. Previously they were packed and I thought that's why I was rushed. This time I did at least get a hand massage. They left that off last time. I'm new to getting a manicure. I think they may have taken advantage of a novice. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! The eyebrow lady gave me tint when i didn't ask for tint. She claimed she asked twice but only asked ONE TIME. I made CLEAR I only wanted waxing. She proceeded to go back and forth with me. But either way I look good regardless with or without learn how to control your employees. Thank you !!! read more

Q Nails & Spa - My pedicure after 1 day ‍ - Nail Salons Near Me - Colonial Heights, Virginia

They deserve 0 stars. I'm visiting from out of town & my friend brought me here, and this was literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The only male there was extremely unprofessional & just down right rude. I'm currently in my car with nail residue all over my clothes. I wouldn't send my dog there. read more

Q Nails & Spa - He literally stopped & stormed out of the store. - Nail Salons Near Me - Colonial Heights, Virginia

i ONLY went to this nail salon because i was given a gift certificate for christmas... the service is HORRIFIC!! i wouldn't even send my worst enemy there. the nail tech cut my finger (it drew blood) then sprayed something on my nails and made it sting SO BAD he nicked 3 of my fingers... i was the only person and it was 12ish and for some reason he was in a big rush.. i could tell he was skipping steps to finish my nails faster. when he was all done, he put the cuticle on but when he did, all he did was slide the big brush over all my fingers at once- missing half my cuticles... i rubbed it in myself. if i had a choice, i'd give ZERO stars read more

Peter kept messing with his phone and rushed when he did my nails. They turned out bad and starting falling off with in the first week. I recommend going some where else. read more

I went here about a week ago and I am very unsatisfied with my service. I went to get a nail repaired. Something was telling me to just wait to get my nails done somewhere else, but I decided to stay. The nail technician was very rude was I told her that I was unhappy with the way that my nail looked and became upset when I asked her to fix it. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone I wish i would've had a better experience since this salon is close to where I work, but I will continue to try different locations. read more

I went the day before Easter, they weren't busy at all. That should've been my warning sign cause every other salon I stopped at was packed. My husband was with me and we both got a pedicure and it was by far the worst pedi I have ever gotten. I don't ever leave reviews on ANYTHING but I just have to. As soon as we sat down they make it so obvious that they're talking about you. Looking right at us and then laughing amongst themselves, it was super uncomfortable. And then my pedicure "massage" was extremely painful! I even lied to him and told him my legs were sore but I couldn't take the pain from him "massaging" my legs. My husbands pedicure lasted about 10 minutes, they didn't do anything besides massage his feet and dip them in water. Paid almost $90 for the worst service and pedis ever. read more

Horrible experience! Please don't go! Complete overcharge and ware of money! All I got was a mani and pedi and my hands and feet look worst than when I went in! All I can do is cry and hope my salon can fix this. My toenails are cut real crazy! I regret being impatient read more

This establishment is a joke! They destroy your natural nails! They tell you it's a 10 minute wait, but you end up waiting over 30 minutes for service. Once you do get seen, they rush through the process that is suppose to be relaxing and pleasurable. DO NOT come here. Your natural nails will get destroyed!!!!! read more

Do not waste your time or money going to this place. I had the guy redo my polish and it still looks like a kindergartner painted my toes. I had to ask him to cut my toenails over. My feet weren't rough when I went and now my feet are rough and dry feeling. read more

I am originally from Miami, so I've been on the search for a good nail place. I went to the mall 2 weeks ago and it was bad. I've been searching for a new place. This place was recommended by my taxi cab driver so at first I was a bit scared however the moment I came inside I had a good vibe. This place has good customer service its clean, it's a big salon, the foot massage is amazing they even use hot stones!!!To add I came on a Monday and there was no wait time so made it even better. It's a bit pricy but it's worth it. read more

Eric was ok but the quality of his service is terrible, and everyone is rude. I walked in and they were rude. No one ever said hello, or welcome. It was my first time in there and I wont be back. I paid $90 for a full set, pink acrylic and a pedicure gel polish. I asked for acrylic on my toes and he basically told me no. After the 5th time of him asking me was I sure I just said forget it. They're lazy, rude, and over priced.. Especially because I got my nails done only 4 days ago and the pinky nails are way longer than the rest .. 2 nails are broken and they're lifting off my nail bed. read more

Clean and sterile environment, been coming here for years the owner is AMAZING however I went in and had an employee of his do my fill in, although she was pleasant she didn't adhere to my qualms on the acrylic being too thick and continued to text on and off throughout the time frame...didn't feel like a priority at all in that moment, very first bad encounter here read more

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Poor customer service, and a mediocre job.Asked for a mani pedi and ended up walking out after the pedi. They use sterile linings for their pedicure basins but overall the place is a little dirty and could use a major face lift. read more

The people are VERY RUDE!!!!!! The service is poor and when you ask a question or INFORM them you dislike something they have done they speak in there native tounge and get attitudes. WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!! read more

A few weeks ago I Asked for my nails a certain length and the tech that did my nails had a bit of an issue with that, butFast forward a few minutes and the other techs start looking at my nails and speaking in their native tongue and one proceeds to tell me "Those are too long " and kinda chuckles as if to say "ridiculous ". Another proceeds to ask "how will You shower". They are very rude!! If I'm paying you my hard earned coins I think I can have my nails the length of my choosing. Not even a week later they were popping off , but not due to length but due to poor filing and glue. I always have my nails this length and only recently have they began to pop off. I've been going here for 2 years and in recent months the whole experience has deteriorated. read more

If you get the guy by the front desk, RUN! My mother and I have been coming here for years, and she gets her nails done by either Tammy or Tracy (they do amazing work) so I went with her to get her nails done while I got a shellac polish. The guy by the desks tells me to sit down, and I don't mean walk away. RUN! He was texting half of the manicure, almost gave me the wrong color, filed my nails down to STUBS, was incredibly rude, and 3 of my nails were bleeding! He's messed up my gel acrylic nails multiple times, but I didn't think someone could mess up something so simple! Tammy and Tracy are the only two good people there, and I will not have anyone else in that place touch my nails. read more

Only gave one star because I had to. Went there because my regular salon was closed. I went to my regular salon today and they found FUNGUS where the Q nail salon drill/sanded threw my nail. My Q (for quick) Nails experience- i sit down at 1 of 20 booths, tell the girl "I want to soak my nails off and gel overlay" , she does not understand me but her co-worker she's talking to speaks English and doesn't tell her, when she starts ripping my nails off and I start cussing, then when I tell the co-worker that she's talking to that is speaking English to her customer that she's not doing what I want SHE LAUGHS, so I tell her after she has ripped half my nail off "I want to keep my nail", she proceeds to clip my entire nail off, I say some more words she doesn't understand and she ends up Sanding threw my nails that she just ripped off and putting on the sloppiest set I have ever seen. Their products are so cheap that my gel coat ended up looking like it had dirt in it. Oh and while I was getting what I thought was the worst customer service in there I hear a lady screech "there is something in my pedicure tub". I WOULDN'T LET THIS PLACE DO MY DOGS NAILS. read more

Brought my daughter to get her very first pedicure, and this was also my first time here. It was great!

The worst experience ever. My nail technician would not even speak to me nor answer any questions. She did a full set with in 25 minutes and I had to have them redone at a much better location down the street called USA Nails. They charged me $40 and never even explained what the $40 was for. I would not go back there if you paid me read more

My experience today was less than desired. When I walked in the women halfway greeted me as if I was an inconvenience. I should have walked out then. They were out of numerous shellac colors and on top of that the technician did a shoddy job on my nails. Never again. read more

This used to be the place to go for me! It was clean, the people were so kind and friendly. I went yesterday after taking a few months off and I am beyond disappointed. The pedi was ok but I got nail art on my big toes and they moved me so fast one didnt dry and is smooshed- I didnt notice until I got home. But I know my nail tech that did a fill in did when he put the top coat on! He filled my nails so quickly- didn't ask if I needed a cut down didn't ask if the color was ok-nothing. When I asked for a design on one nail and rhinestones and another he said no, this time it's simple. The design isn't bad. But I left with gel dried on my fingers. Worse places out there? Sure but for $80 I should've gotten exactly what I wanted. read more

There are alot of nail shops in the area and maybe they don't know. Shops that are better, friendly and cheaper! But in a nutshell the service sucks. I asked to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Ma'am don't you dare bring me a eye brow pencil. If you gone be in a rush I'm going to need you to ask someone else to assist with my brows! And $10 for polish change! They are all the way bugged out for crappy service. So it's safe to say I'll nevvveeerrrr be back! read more

I would say it's hit or miss. Most days I go on my lunch break for shellac and get right in and out - I think it's $32 for manicure and shellac? (I think) and 27 for a pedicure.
