I did try this place on a Saturday and as expected, it was busy! This salon looks great from the inside and spacious. Tons and tons of colors to choose from. They serve a variety of beverages and snacks. Waited about 30 minutes for them to start on my manicure-- I got builder gel set on my natural nails with French tip design. Not too bad but I did have to redirect my manicurist to fix some of the lines of the white tip because I hate when the edges are too high. Overall, he did a fairly good job on the white tips but needs improvement. Pedicure-- I waited about 10 mins after my manicure for them to start but the guy was efficient on time bc I told him I needed to be out by 2:50pm. He was a bit rough I'll say. Pedicure came out well done and the massage was great! Just wish my first time experience to this salon was more relaxing like it is back at my regular salon. read more

Negative one million stars. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The nail tech immediately made an issue out of the fact that I had acrylic overlay on my nails rather than dip, which resulted in an additional removal charge. What bothered me more was that she clearly did not want to take the time necessary to properly remove it. When the manager came over, instead of helping resolve the situation, she proceeded to speak to me in a manner that felt more like I was being scolded than treated as a paying customer. For the sake of avoiding an argument, I let it go. I also requested a cat-eye polish with a design on one finger, and even that was not being done correctly. At that point, I decided to simplify things and requested a clear polish instead. Somehow, I ended up with a bubblegum-colored polish. When I pointed it out, the response was, "Well, it's close enough." Close enough to clear? After spending $75, the manager actually asked if I was pleased with my service. Girl, bye. The issue wasn't simply the polish or the additional charge--it was the overall lack of care, professionalism, attention to what I requested, and the dismissive attitude when I expressed concerns. I'm not from around here and me and my sisters wanted to get our toes done! we picking this place and it's very pretty and they have multiple services to chose from and gorgeous colors they have for nails. they offered watermelon, drinks, cokes, and snacks. They work quickly and efficiently with good care. I got a simple 20 minute massage and it felt great with excellent vibes and service. it was worth our time and money. I scheduled an 11am appointment and was in the chair by 11:10. Once I sat down, she ran the water and wrapped the mask on my leg with saran wrap. She cleaned my toes, trimmed my nails, and used a circular electronic buffer on my heel. Then she put some kind of gel on it, wrapped it again to soften it more, and used a cheese-grater style foot file on the entire bottom of my foot. After that, she did a little steam session on my legs and feet while rubbing off the leg mask, then massaged each foot and leg for about 10-15 minutes straight. She finished by painting my toes. I was out by 12:20. My only complaint is the scheduling. There were (at least) three of us with 11am appointments, and while we all sat in the chairs around the same time, they didn't have enough techs. A couple of people ended up waiting over 30 minutes before anyone could even start on them. read more

I was cut during my pedicure between my toes while dead skin was being removed by the foot file. How it was between the toes, I have no idea because he was going really fast on my heel and foot. I began bleeding significantly, but the technician did not stop or address it even after I showed him the blood multiple times. He kept trying to continue the service even though blood was present. I had to stop him and ask for a band aid. I don't think there's anything in place for this because they were having a hard time finding a bandaid and did not offer antiseptic. The rest of the service felt very rushed. When I went to pay, I had asked for a manager since this was unacceptable. They also tried to pass this off as a language barrier issue. You could see the blood on my foot. This should have been a safety concern. No manager was on site and they wanted me to call back on Thursday. This is Tuesday. They eventually got one on the phone for me to speak to and they eventually offered a 20% discount, but I am concerned by the lack of immediate response to an obvious bleeding injury. I was a regular and now i will never step foot in their establishment again. Customer service TRASH!! The manager tried to explain why it was $25 saying the tech had "scetch out" the design. Made an appointment for me and my bf at 2pm to get two Spa Pedicures the day prior. We arrived 5 minutes EARLY to our appointment. They had us pick colors and sit while they took the people who were waiting before us & finished up the people they already had. All is well. Then a woman walks in and almost immediately gets sat, granted... she was getting nails done not feet but at that point we've been waiting 30 minutes. 15 more minutes go by and we're finally sat. 45 minutes of waiting for my appointment but watched a walk in get sat.... CRAZY. They walk us back, get us set up, offered us drinks... all is well. They get to doing our pedicures when I notice the woman doing my bf's pedicure is (for a lack of better words) ZOOMIN through his, meanwhile the woman working on me was taking her time. Not a big deal until we get to the hot stones. The hot stones are kind of why I picked this place. I really wanted the hot stone massage bc I work on my feet and needed it. The woman doing my feet rinsed off all the lotion so I kind of thought she may have forgotten the stone part... I think she realized and went and grabbed them. I bet in total those stones touched my feet and calves for 60 seconds MAX. She started to wipe those DRY, HOT plasticy feeling rocks on my DRY feet and legs for less than a minute. I kind of think it's a no brainer that you'd used like an oil or lotion to help with the glide of the hot rocks but NOPE, girl was just tugging at my skin. The rocks weren't even that hot... anyway She gets to painting and by this point she's kind of huffing and puffing. She is like frantically rushing to get mine done which is weird bc if I got sat at the time I made the appointment for, she wouldn't have had to rush. My feet are sensitive so they twitch a bit and she kept looking at me and huffing. I was trying to be very apologetic bc I know that's frustrating but like get over it?? I'm paying full price for a service you're rushing through. Then she "finished." The color I chose 100% needed another coat to be even but at that point I just wanted out of the chair. I went to grab my soda and purse but she physically grabbed my elbow and shoulder and started "pushing"... "guiding" me to the dryer. She ended up bringing me my shoes but even my bf asked where my drink was and I said "well I guess I won't be finishing that." This was my first time in a nail salon in 4 years, safe to say... I must be glutton for punishment because I have given them 3 times to get it right and each time I get angrier with each experience . Yesterday was my last straw. For starters , the language barrier is an issue for me because I cannot convey what I , the PAYING CLIENT would like. That's typically not an issue because most nail salons have at least one person who is fluent and can translate. Cool, I can look past the language barrier. The first 2 times I came to this salon, I waited HOURS. Very real example: scheduled a 1 hour massage, fill in, and gel pedi starting at 11. I DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 6:30 and my nails weren't even done. I had to come back the next day to get them done. One woman started my nails and I was passed off to 2 other techs . Once my nails were done, I was disappointed in the shaping and the lack of artistry for my design. I like simple designs so trust me, I wasn't wanting anything serious. Yesterday I go to the salon around 12:30 and don't get home until 5. Fill in and gel pedi. 128 dollars and then expect a tip?! I wanted my toe nails cut down and the lady couldn't even understand that's what I was wanting . French design doesn't call for longer toe nails. If you can't do it, SAY THAT! I needed a nail repair and she filed the nail so thin, I can already tell it's going to break before my next fill in. Dust particles landed on the polish before it dried and was cured still on there , so now I have to find a different salon to pay more money than expected to fix these errors. This nail salon is new, and aesthetically pleasing. I got a gel manicure on my natural nails, and my results were just ok! Especially considering a $10 upcharge for french tip (bringing my total to $48, for a manicure on my natural nail!). This would not have been a problem if my technician paid attention to what I wanted. He filed my nails way lower than I asked and left debris under my nails making them lumpy! In addition to this, he kept rushing my nails to dry. If you're familiar with a gel manicure, they have to be cured for a certain amount of time or they will be tacky. Upon visiting nail spiration today I got a spa pedicure no polish. No gel polish either ... the manager Jackie rung me up got the service and stated that the removal of gel polish was the same cost as the gel polish even tho I didn't get any polish . I explained to her that was not disclosed and she basically had no concern or sympathy for the nail tech not telling me the correct pricing or disclosing that before starting.
