When they did the charges, I noticed they charged me an extra 10 to take it off. I said I could see if I came in and just wanted my polish off but I got a top shelf pedicure where they take the polish off anyway. I said I feel like you are nickel and diming me. This is not right. Did you charge me extra to take the polish off my nails. They said no because it is part of the manicure service. I said exactly so why are you changing to take it off for a pedicure? Gave them every opportunity to retract. They did not. I said I am a good customer that has been coming for years and I always tip really well. I will not be back. Shame for me and more so for them! I moved to Flourtown in Feb 2016 and go here for pedicures regularly. It is clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and courteous. The pedicures are done efficiently and are right every time. The women's nails I have seen look great too! It is always full of customers of all ages. It is a great community salon and I would recommend it to anyone. It is not a spa salon though, so it won't be for you if you are looking to lounge and have serenity. It is a functional friendly spot.

I got a gel manicure for $25, which is cheaper than my old place AND they were able to add glitter for no extra cost which my old place wouldn't do! I have only had one less than acceptable experience, and find that there is a lack of consistency with the newer workers, however my pedicure is always thorough and the nail care is very good. The polishing lasts many months, ususally (I am not good about going back regularly). I find the owner and her husband are best. Most of the workers have poor English but we can understand each other well enough. I am always amazed at how little they charge. In general I think they are very good and very affordable. I find they do care for their supplies appropriately, and in order to keep costs down they bought second hand salon equipment, which was a great improvement over the original equipment. It isn't a fancy place nor elegant but I find it more than meets my needs. Which I assume is their goal.

I got on Yelp and found Diamond Spa and decided to give it a try. The service was incredible. We called ahead and made an appointment. When we walked in, we were greeted and asked to pick a color. Then our standard pedicure began. Diana and Sara did an awesome job. Both of us are extremely ticklish and basically laughed the whole time. They were so patient and kind.
