I decided I no longer wanted to continue getting Russian manicures, so I needed to have the builder gel safely removed and transition back to my natural nails. The nail salon I usually go to was a little too far, especially during rush hour, so I searched for a place closer to home and found this salon. I called ahead, explained exactly what I needed, and they assured me they could help. When I arrived, I showed them my nails, San assisted me and was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done safely. He provided suggestions as well which were helpful l. I was in and out in about an hour, and I was satisfied with the experience. I'll definitely return the next time I need nail services. Great customer service and a smooth, professional experience! read more

Best Nails - dip - Nail Salons Near Me - Flourtown, Pennsylvania

Overly priced for poor work. They cannot do designs much less polish properly. If you are very particular about your nails designs, length, color. Do NOT COME HERE. You will be disappointed and they will not accommodate you. They also do not do all of the steps nails salons in the city do to make sure your nails are up to par. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place!! They do sloppy work. Not clean and extremely rude. I told the nail tech that my nail was slanted and she didn't file my nail's correctly. She said I was picky and if I want perfect nails to do them myself. read more

Ped and mani by Lorie were wonderful Lori takes her time and gives wonderful leg massages

Absolutely awful service by the young lady doing my nails. After filing the edges were raggedy and I had to ask her to do it again. Immediate attitude. Then buffing same thing. The filing also was not even. The polish job was sloppy. I will not go back. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years. I used to go to a ritzy place in Jenkintown. I have long nails that curve and it takes time to do my nails. Jimmy and staff are so much better than the ritzy place! They are perfectionists! Things happen and yes sometimes they run late, but ITS WORTH THE WAIT! Thank you Jimmy and Best Nails for always doing a great job!! Judy read more

Horrible do not use everytime I get a french manicure done the tips turn brown and start wearing off in a little more than a week. I will never use again. They do not stand behind their work always charging for their mistakes. read more

Writing this review on behalf the experience had by my 87 year old mother and her care giver who brought mom in for a pedicure and manicure. This was moms second visit, the first visit went quite well, everybody was satisfied with the services received on the initial visit. The problem is with a male who identified himself as the OWNER. His rude behavior towards my 87 year old mother is unacceptable. Nasty, mean, rude for no reason. When mom first arrived she was advised she would need to wait an hour, this wasn't a problem at all as mom didn't have an appointment. When it was moms turn he became obstinate and refused to work on her and was loud so the entire shop could hear. He then tried to pull my 87 year old mother out of the chair w/o giving her a chance to get up at which time the care giver had to step in and stop him. Rude for no reason, he was not provoked in any way as mom and her care giverare always soft spoken ladies. A number of family friends use this location. After hearing about the treatment from the male who identified himself as the OWNER i guarantee they will stop going here for services. Too many nail shops to put up with this ill treatment of an elderly woman. read more

I tried Best Nails today for the first time. This store is clean and neat. The people are very nice friendly. The finished product, however is less than average. The mani was just o.k. The pedi was sub-par. The price (Monday-Wednesday) was only $30 so it was an inexpensive lesson to learn. There are better salons out there. FIND THEM. read more

I went the other day because I was getting an oil change, mistake. I had a mediocre pedicure, Approximately 20 minutes. They had plexiglas between every other chair, and I assume they are keeping every other chair empty. They also had plexiglass between tech and client. The person next to me was having a manicure and pedicure, the tech was right next to her, wrapping nails in tin foil while she was having a pedicure, why bother with plexiglass! I did not see anyone wash the chairs they cleaned foot baths, but not chairs... gross. Then they stuck me at a manicure chair, in front of a small fan on the floor, to dry my nails, really! The manager was brusque and cold, but they did take temps and have a health record filled out. I don't think I will return. read more

Well I have been coming since about 2017 when I couldn't reach my toes due to my injury. My sister in law brought me here and I still come here for my toes every couple months. No color just cut and sand my feet smooth. They do a great job here and will continue going here. Thank you Jimmy and your well talented staff read more

I used to go here all the time and loved it, but switched to another local salon for different reasons. But I decided to give best nails a try due to the fact I was already in that shopping center. I got them done last Wednesday, my usual, acrylic refill with gel polish. They now have this brown coating over the top and are peeling one week in. So do my toes which have just regular polish. They also are more pricey than other salons in the area. They also made my eyebrows super thin. I will NEVER go to best nails again. read more

A solid 3 stars is appropriate. Again, I'm trying to find some nail salons close to the new house, when I'm in desperate need of a mani/pedi and not in center city. My girlfriend (who also lives in the area) and I planned a play date for manis and pedis and she picked this location. I got a mani / pedi w/ colors I am familiar w/ (Essie's Fiji and Devil's Advocate). I noticed that a lot of the popular colors were not on display (i.e. FIJI) so when I asked one of the stylists - she seemed to have FIJI stashed in one of her drawers (SAVED)!! The mani/pedi paint job was good - not mindblowing (see my reviews for YUYA and La Beaute), but solid! I was disappointed b/c the technician asked if I wanted my nails filed down or trimmed... when I said trimmed, she insisted that I only needed them filed. After going back and forth for two rounds of "trim please" "no, i think you just need a file" ... I finally relented, which I instantly regretted. D'oh well - when I return to my regular salon, they will just have 4 weeks worth of trimming instead of the usual 2. Lastly, I think the dryers are straight from 1980 - b/c we sat under the dryer for more than 20 mins and our nails were still NOT dry! CRAZY, right? read more

NEVER GO HERE!!!! They are quite possibly the worse nail salon I have ever been to! I have only been hete multiple times out of convenience because it is close to my work. Aside from being dirty and having the same old Christmas decorations up all year round, their staff is beyond rude! They blatantly talk badly about their customers right in front of them. Their work is beyond shotty! They are not friendly AT ALL! They don't even greet you with a "hello" when u walk in....more like a "wtf are you doing here, your bothering me, I have to work now instead of playing on my phone attitude" If you want jacked up nails, to be verbally abused and pay WAY more than it's worth...then Best Nails is your place! read more

Decided to stop in after finishing up my grocery shopping, as I haven't gotten my brows waxed in ages and knew it would be quick. I checked the hours on the door before parking since it was getting a little late, but their sign said open until 7:30 (as does yelp). The second I opened the door (at 7:10) the three people inside all told me they were closed. I definitely understand wanting to get out early, especially around the holidays, but if your sign says open and your hours listed out front indicate you're open, stay open, or change your business hours and lock the door. read more

The worse pedicure I ever got they ain't scrub my feet nothing just want to use machine rather then do the proper job when I first got out chair the dry skin was just rubbing off my feet because she ain't scrub them then she have the nerve to have an attitude because I ask her to do a better job on my heel never again I just keep going to the one in glenside they do a better job and don't rush the service. read more

I normally go to Rainbow Nail Salon on York Rd, but I needed my nails done ASAP on a Sunday, so I went here. The technicians were not friendly, which is not a big deal. One technician stood right over me as I was choosing nail colors, which again is not a big deal. The place seemed clean and organized. I did not receive a back or hand massage, both of which I get at every other nail salon in the area and also at Rainbow Nails. My experience was not terrible, but I'm sad I came here for service because I'm not happy with my nails. I got a gel manicure, and it looks fine from a distance. However, up close one can see the polish is not applied well and my nails are not filed well. I felt like I was being rushed, and I'm not happy with the quality. Overall, I'm extremely unimpressed and will not be returning to Best Nails. read more

I find this salon very clean however it lacks that warm and fuzzy feeling. Most of them seem very cold and bored with their work. They rush through their pedicures and just slap on the polish to get you done. I only go there if I am around the area. The only time they talk to you especially one of the nail technician asks if you want your eyebrows waxed so she can make more money. If I wanted my eyebrows waxed from the beginning I would have had it done. One time I had a gift card and they put it through and said the machine was broken and it did not take. So I paid cash and to find out at another store that the gift card was empty. The machine did take the payment and it wound up costing me double for everything they did. Called there and they would not do anything about it. read more

I used to always get my nails done here, because they are close to my house but after the third or fourth incident where they did my nails poorly, had me waiting 45 minutes, said they were "closed" when they weren't, etc... I decided a little further away is definitely worth it for better quality! read more

This place is terrible. I came from out of town and needed someone to do my nails badly. I was excited when I spotted them. They greeted me friendly & I told them I needed a full set with gel & a pedicure. The lady started on my pedicure and a man came over and began to put the tips on. He kept telling me "that cost more money" from the length to the shape. He began to file them & told him I wanted them coffin shaped. First he said it was extra then said they can't do that shape. Only square or oval. Like he was forcing me to get that shape. So I asked if he was doing my nails and he said no. So I asked the lady who was doing my nails if she could do that shape and she looked and him them looked at me and said no sorry only square or oval. So I said I didn't want to get my nails done then. He got an attitude and rushed over to take the tips off. Definitely will not return. read more

Great pricing , Typically not a long wait, Nice massage chairs, friendly not overly chatty staff, Love that you don't need an appointment !! read more

I moved to the area over a year ago and needed a go to place to get a pedi. For starters the place is very clean, the staff is polite and not over-chatty, and you don't have to wait; if you do, it's not long at all. It's at a convenient place, too. I do my grocery shopping at giant and go to the pet valu. They do a good job of cleaning up and painting nails for 30 bucks (mani/pedi) combo. Keyword: good. It's not the best, but it's good. I do wish they cleaned in between my nails with the pointy tool as I've been used to over the years, but for the convenience of location, I'll make a stop once every two or three months. read more

It is fairly priced and clean and i love that you don't need an appointment and they are opened Sundays! But the quality of services has gone down hill over the year. The last 6-8 x i have left either nipped so i am bleeding, nails not filed well or shaped inconsistently, bubbles and more. I often think i could do a better job myself. While i like being pampered if the quality is not there it isn't worth the $. read more

This was my first time here since moving to the area. They were wonderful! Fast service yet takes time on your nails. I have had the same set on for months, nobroken nails, just refills. Customer service is great they are clean and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Did not enjoy this place. My nails were not painted fully, I had polish on my skin, my cuticles looked worse than when they started, the person who did my nails was rude. Their attention to detail stinks. Thankfully it was only a $10 disappointment. I usually go to a place (Babi Nails) closer to my home and they are amazing. Went here because I was already in the shopping center and the place near me was closed. After this experience, I will be sticking with Babi. read more

They are not too friendly here and they usually rush through the service which always annoys me.

In this place, you can get a 5 star service or a mediocre one. I like this place because you can just walk in and don't have to wait. Also you can get a mani and pedi in 30-45 minutes. If you prefer the spa experience, this is probably not your nail salon but if you want the job done well, this is your place. My manis last a week, pedis two weeks. Price is reasonable. read more

I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN ON TOP OF THE WORST NAIL JOB IVE EVER HAD I WAS VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY SEXUALLY ASSAULTED BY THE OWNER !! He was the only guy working yesterday and I sat there think he can't be saying these things it must be the accent I'm confusing , nope nope nope ! He told me he wanted to lick me in his car and that I would really like it. He told me to come back on Wednesday when he gets off at 7:30 and even asked if he could pay me. His daughter was there assisting him until he asked her to leave and that is when it got disgusting!! He stood up to grab a polish for a lady and started jiggling his junk in front of me AT EYE LEVEL bc I was sitting down and when he got up to walk to me to nail dryer he tried to run up against me , I left after that in complete shock ... I just had to pay for a terrible nail job and to be treated like this I WOULD HOPE THIS DOENST HAPPEN ALL THE TIME but if it does can anyone else speak up about it ? I'm filing a police report and calling to BBB I don't want him to think he can get away with this! I'm giving them one star bc I can't post this otherwise read more

I have been there several times. The last two times the credit machine was "down" and I was asked to pay cash. The quality was so-so. I usually go to the shop in Andorra even though it's a little farther away. The only tech I see there is Jennifer. She's awesome and really does a great job. It's frustrating that nail salons are so hit or miss. This was definitely a miss. Got a pedicure and gel manicure. I have a pet peeve when they don't file your nails properly and the end up lopsided nails or a sharp edge. They rushed both my pedi and mani and it looks horrible. The filing was terrible and she took five seconds on the polish and you can tell. I corrected a few things but it got to the point where it wasn't worth it. Will definitely not be back. read more
