The quality of care and conversation make each experience fulfilling and relaxing. I relinquished my macho male philosophy of "men don't get pedicures". I am a proud license carrying male pedicuree! read more

Went in for my first time recently only because my usual nail spot was closed. Everyone was very nice but she rushed my nails I was in an out in less than an hour and I got a full set French manicure. My one nail is crooked and the lines for the French look awful and they didn't even file them correctly. Do not go here. Cost me $75 which is a rip off when Iv gone to other places for less. read more

Worst pedicure experience ever! After foot surgery I didn't have a pedicure for 2 years. I decided to treat myself with deluxe $55 spa pedicure. After relaying my surgery and imploring gentlenesses with my feet, I left with my toes lacerated and now infected. The management neither cared nor refunded me any money. Cindy and Jenny were both very sweet and gentle. There was a mixup when we first got there with our appointment but they were calm and got it sorted right away. They do the usual cut, push, paint on your toes. Even do a few minutes with a hot stone and lower leg/ foot massage. Everything seemed clean to me. They took our temperatures when we first walked in and wore both a k95 mask and face shield. Not a fancy place by any means but gets the job done. Definitely would return! read more

This was my first time going to Babi nails. Service was 10/10!! They were gentle with my nails and feet, and unlike other nail salons they gave the color I wanted. Made sure I was okay during the whole service and affordable price. I usually don't like going to nail salons because I have bad experience with them, but I'm only going to go to this place from now on. Thank you so much Babi nails!!! read more

I made an appointment for my nails. They greeted me by name since I was scheduled to arrive. I've only been to this salon twice but both have been good experiences. The first visit I had a mani pedi which was nice. Today I decided to go for a whole different look. I decided to get Eagles colors. They allowed me to come up with my own idea and even offered a couple of suggestions. I love my gel nails. Will be back. read more

EXCELLENT NAIL SALON they are fairly priced and excellent at doing nails! I got a regular manicure which did not take more than 30min I also came in last minute a little past 630 (they close at 7) without a reservation and they took me and stayed until I was done drying my nails They were super kind and I would definitely come back again Especially for their $35 mani + pedi deal which is amazing read more

Amazing experience. The staff here was very friendly and took their time. I am so glad I went here and not anywhere else in the area.

I booked a 6:20pm appointment and the young lady Cindy rushed through the process and did not take the time to understand how I wanted my nails. She decided she could not understand even though a picture was provided and refused to finished. The attached pictures shows how she left my nails. Don't waste your time here you won't be satisfied. I wish I could provide zero stars. read more

I've searched for months to find a nail salon that I loved. I've finally found it! My friend and I went in today for a mani/pedi and we were so pleased with the whole experience. The shop was clean, there were so many options for colors, the ladies who worked there (Cindy and Kim) were absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere was so peaceful. Cindy and Kim were so incredibly sweet and are amazing at their jobs. I'll definitely be going back for all my mani/pedi needs and telling all my friends about this place too! read more

I've been to this salon a few times for a pedicure and was never disappointed, although a little pricey I thought worthwhile. I went a week ago for pedicures with my husband and acrylic refill with gel polish. I felt the lady took advantage with the price after I told her my husband was a local business owner, which by no means, means we are rich. $133 later my acrylic has been chipping day after day on a new nail and I've been back once for a fix already for that nail to chip again. I would NEVER go back again I think they're clueless with acrylic, speak barely any English, charge whatever they want, and now I see why they're never busy read more

Babi Nails - This is not even a week later. Usually my nails can last up to a month from my usual place - Nail Salons Near Me - Norristown, Pennsylvania

It's a very nice place but there's no staff, so there will be a wait. My pedicure was great but my nails are amateur hour. I don't think they are good at artificial nails and nails that aren't square. Unless you are going for a pedicure I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Came here for a pedicure and dip powder manicure. Both were amazing!! I'm obsessed with my dip powder! Thanks Cindy! read more

I'm confused ... I came in at 5pm on a Tuesday and there was absolutely no one inside except for two employees. When I was greeted, I let the gentleman know that I needed a refill and one nail fixed. He told me that I should come back at 6. Confused, I said okay and proceeded to turn away to walk out. He then asked me if I was really to come back. I told him as politely as I possibly could that I needed them done no and that was what I expected. He only replied with "you should come back at 6". I thought walk ins were welcome? After seeing the reviews I'm glad they didn't want my money! read more

I have been getting gel manicures for over seven years and this place is one of the best I've ever been to in any state. The manager is very service oriented and very focused on making customers happy they do a fantastic job with a terrific attention to detail! I went to Babi nail and I saw the combo sign outside with gel manicure and pedicure for $50.00 and they did $2.00 cash discount for me. I only paid $48.00 for Gel manicure and pedicure Jenny was super nice and friendly and Cindy did my gel manicure and recommended to so many company name so I went with Gel-Le which stayed on longer. Cindy did an excellent job on my cuticles and painted my nails really good. They used all disposal file and buffer and tub liners. I felt really comfortable and I would definitely come back again to get my nails done. Jenny gave me the best hot stone massage on my shoulders and my back. I am telling all my friends to come to Babi Nails to get there nails done. read more

I've gone here three times now and won't be back. My nails are never filed straight across when i leave and so they grow out slanted which is super annoying. Ive gotten 2 pedicures and they barely scrape the bottom of your feet. I leave with gross dry skin still. Prices are great but it reflects the work they're doing. read more

I used to go to babi nails regularly. I thought they always did a very nice job. The last time I got a manicure and pedicure, it was awful. I went two days before New Year's. I came specifically to get the MTW mani pedi deal for $35. I even had a coupon. Needless to say, the pedicure was awful. My cuticles weren't taken care of and my toes weren't even filed, the polish looked bumpy, and the cream they used on my legs irritated them. My manicure was even worse. My nails were chipping before I even got home. The worst part is they told me I couldn't use my coupon because it was a holiday. JANUARY 30 IS NOT A HOLIDAY. No where in the salon or on the coupon did it say anything about "holiday" exclusions. I was so furious. I politely tried to argue that it wasn't a holiday and it didn't say anything on the coupon or anywhere else. She wouldn't budge. Will not be going back again. read more

Best place around. Wish I knew about them years ago. Fantastic spa manicure, very relaxing! Reasonable prices. Great and caring staff! Thanks Babi! read more

I just went in for an impromptu gel manicure and could not be happier! Jane was amazing and great to talk to while she gave me one of the best manis I've ever had. The gel manicure itself cost 30 dollars, and they accept credit cards, BUT they don't do credit card tips so be sure to come with a little cash in hand. I will definitely end up bring a check-in regular!! read more

So I want to update my review because gel nails will usually last me 3 weeks without chipping all off and this was my 1st time using this salon. I haven't done gel nails in a while(I've been doing dip powder) but this time my nails haven't even been 2 weeks yet and 3 of them fell off/chipped alot without me even picking on them..... read more

Came here for a spa pedicure. I had the shortest pedicure I've ever had. I had one quick rub of each leg. Hot stone about 5 seconds on each leg. A two second scrub of each foot and a quick polish. I had to ask if she put two coats on because it was so fast. Then i heard about the excellent shoulder massage. Mine was about 1 minute. I will not be back. I've had many pedicures and this was the worst! read more

Awesome pedicures. Very clean, pleasant and relaxing

I just moved to the area not to long ago. I stopped in here with my 6 year old daughter today and I loved it. This was one of the best experiences I had at a nailery. The employees were extremely friendly and they made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Excellent customer service. They also did a fantastic job in my mani and pedi. My daughter got her toes and nails painted and they were extremely patient and kind to her as she had them paint every toe and finger a different color and different designs. I would definitely recommend them!! read more

The experience was great until I went to pay. Me and my boyfriend got pedicures and had a callus remover added to the pedicure. She didn't inform me how much it was. We went to pay and she charged $33 for my pedicure and $38 for his. Which is stupid. Why should a man pay more. He needs less attention on his feet. She then charged $10 each for the callus remover. I can buy 5 bottles of callus remover for $20. She totally took advantage since it was a Sunday and they were slow. read more

They were very nice, and while they did use disposable files and tub liners for my pedicure, the tools used for my fingers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time! My pedicure is great, but I had a different tech for my nails and they are awful! She was rushing even though I was the only person there. I got a full set of acrylics and they are crooked, not shaped well (lumpy and sharp down by my cuticle), and were already lifting after a few days. Don't waste your time. read more

This was the second time I went to Babi Nails since there are new ownership. I had an okay experience the first time - I had a refill and a spa pedicure. There was a description of the pedi which not all the things mentioned was done and the massage was short and the hot stone which was supposed to be 10 minutes was more like 3-4 minutes. I decided to give them a second chance. They charge $25.00 for a refill. I had one person do part of the refill and another person did the polish. There was a young lady having a gel manicure so after my nails were ready for polish I got moved to the other person so Cindy could do her gel manicure. It cost me extra because I had to do two tips. I have had refills done at other salons and know what should be part of the refill - she did not do sand (not sure if this is the correct word) the back of the nails or the other girl did not put extra polish on the edges so it wouldn't chip easily. I really don't think I will be going back. On a plus side, I did like that the instruments were all individually packaged so they were sterilized and sanitary. Also, I asked for a price list and I was told it was on the wall. read more

I moved here from New Jersey a little over a year ago and have been trying to find a place that was like what I was used to in NJ. I stumbled upon Babi Nails because it was relatively close to my home. The staff was VERY nice and very accommodating to the point where when I was drying my nails they were French braiding my hair. I don't know if that is normal in PA, but I was very freaked out about it. The other thing that I was not sure about was why I was drying my nails and not under the UV light when I asked for gel. There was a LOT of confusion due to the language barrier, And at the end of the day I paid $65 for no gel and a French braid. Very nice people, but I think I will keep searching for a nail salon. read more

OUTSTANDING! Started working in this area few months ago and have gone to couple salons that were not great. SO happy found this place, AMAZING, over and above, pedicure and mani. New owner is lovely, she goes over and above what is what an owner should. The massages are to die for, the pedicure was an experience that was nothing less than fabulous. Mani/pedi M-W only $35 worth double that. They are even open Sundays! read more
