This establishment have workers who doesn't have a clue about how to do nails. I left there with dirt still under two of my fingernails. I pointed this to the Mexican girl who did my nails. She couldn't even think of a way to clean them up. Little pricey with the poor service they offer. Got gel clear polish manicure, she didn't even have me wash my hands before she started polishing my nails. Then rubbed lotion on my hands with the dusk from sanding my nails. They need to practice in a school instead of a paying customer. Extremely terrible, never going back! People beware, play & pay at your own risk! read more

Had gel polish done on my fingers and a regular pedi 2 1/2 weeks ago now. Fingers look almost as good as the day I had them done (except for the regrowth) and toes have held up almost as well. I LOVE this place. It is so damn hard to find a good nail salon and this is the best I have ever been to. I always ask for Mini (the owner) to do my nails because she is amazing and knows exactly how I to shape my nails. She's really great at drawing designs and being creative. I've had some of the other women do my nails and they were all great as well. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are reasonable... definitely worth it. I have been a loyal customer for years. After a long morning of my family driving me nuts I decided to go get a pedicure and refill. So glad I picked this salon and treated myself. Took a little longer than another salon but that's because of the time they took to rub my legs and feet. Even gave me a back rub while my toes dried. Came here on a Sunday since Posh nails isn't opened. This is pretty close to my house as well. I was out in like 30 mins. If you want quick and really need to get your nails done, come here. The Sunday availability is a plus for me since I work late. I wouldn't give them a five star because the gel mani was just okay. Nails still feel like they need to be filed. They don't offer you a drink, no name tags on the nail techs, nothing great about the message, and they didn't even ask my name or offer me a rewards card. This was my first time here. read more

I also received a free shoulder massage while my nails were drying which was heavenly! They were the friendliest staff I've ever encountered and made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Not my first time coming but certainly will be my last. I came in picked my nail polish and was put to sit in a chair. While waiting for my pedicure the man beside me asked the Asian lady where she was from and she responded " I am from Africa and then starts laughing loudly." The customer was not laughing and neither was I. When she finally stopped laughing she stated she from North Korea. With everything going on in the world is she that clueless that her joke was distasteful? My third or 4th time here and this place has issues with manners and etiquette. read more

Had a wonderful experience here at Elite Nails. The owner kept the salon open late for me as a walk in. I had a pedicure done by Nelli, and after a few months away from the salon I needed a good pedi- she did a great job. Gentle, took her time and also went back and fixed a smudge I did while drying. Lela did my gel Manicure and was very professional took her time, cuticles cleaned, and love my painted nails. The salon was very careful with COVID guidelines as I felt very safe and in a clean environment with protocols in place. A must return!!!! read more

Got my nails done May 16 .. its May 25th and they look like this already? Smh! Not from the area but was looking for a nail place that had good reviews so I gave this one a go. Place was clean and peaceful and employees friendly. What threw me off is when she said $35 for a full set of acrylics? I could understand gel nails but acrylic?? I usually pay no more than $25 anywhere else. I sat down anyway since I had no choice. She made my nails look nice but as I was leaving I realized my middle finger and my thumb nail was the same size.. it looked huge ( I have small fingers) . All my nails were big n wide .. my boyfriend told me I look like I had those jersey girls nails .. smh! 5 days later my nails started lifting .. i thought the polish might be lifting up. A week later it is and my nails are just popping off like press ons at work and while cooking! . This is so disappointing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ACRYLICS. read more

Great prices! A standard mani/pedi is only $37. The ladies are very, very nice and definitely make an effort to know their regular customers! Walk-ins are always welcome, but Sunday afternoon can be busy so I would recommend an appointment on that particular day. They are excellent with children and always give the kids a special flower or design on a nail or 2 at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place! read more

I went here for the first time ever today. My friend and I both had appointments for 1:30, but only one of us got sat right away (which is no big deal). My nails were very short and extremely thin because of having fake nails on previously. The woman who did my nails was very gentle with the filing on my nails and that was the only good part of my experience. Less than 6 hours later, I already have two nails cracked because she filed them way to thin. When I went to pay, they rang me up for a toe nail polish change and I only got a full set. I was a regularclient for nearly 6 years. Minnie was my tech and she was phenomenal. And Joanne was super nice too. However a few weeks ago I went in and was stunned to find Minnie had sold the salon with no notice to her clients or employees; I am sure this was a condition of the sale, but shocking and hurtful nonetheless. The new owner Michelle is super nice, but the shaping of the nails just want up to what I am used to...I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and have had some amazing techs and know how a nail should be properly shaped for my hands. But overall this is a clean and friendly place and 99% of clients would be more than happy with the service provided. I just decided to go back to the full service salon that I had been going to from 1996 to 2002 as I heard that my old nail tech now owned the place. Went in to get a liquid gel manicure only to find out they charge $70!!! Insane. Ended up getting just gel polish which has lasted pretty solidly for a week now. Not sure if I'll be going back though because IMHO they're pretty over priced. read more
