Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

She started to quickly use the tool to file it off carelessly and nicked me a few times. It was painful. Another member said theyll fix my nails. I was hesitant and said ok I should have left, but I thought there maybe some redemption. At this point, my nails were so poorly shaped, I did not want the french manicure. When this tech was done, I asked for them to fix the thickness. She said my nail beds are round and that's why it looks like this. I felt defeated. They had other customers and I did not want to make a scene. I was charged 65 $ ( I had a pedicure, which was good). I regret paying for the manicure, as I now have to get my nails redone elsewhere for my party.
