I made an appointment for a gel mani and regular pedicure. Pedicure was okay but wasn't painted as clean as other salons. My gel was horribly done- uneven and clumpy. I told them and they were nice enough to redo the gel but same issue. It was not cleanly done, and there were still lumps. I didn't want to waste my time complaining again but I won't be returning. read more

This place will move you out of a seat and take someone else, have someone else take your polish off then tell y lo u that they can't finish you because they do not know how to work with gel. They have you sign in it dont call names. I sat for 2 hours and they took all others and never did my nails and then asked me if I was getting anything done. Will never visit this place again read more

As a licensed manicurist and hair stylist this is where is go regularly. I don't have the time to do my own nails and Joann is my twin manicurist. Comfy atmosphere and you can make appointments there as well as a walking in. I prefer to schedule ahead. I have gone to basically every tech at one point in time and they are all great a job and quality work. read more

They take walk-ins, but once you find an artist you like, I recommend making appointments. Each time I walk in, they are quite busy, unless I go mid-weekday. Their service is excellent, prices are average for the services ($25/pedi), and the techs are very friendly. read more

I used to be a devoted regular here. I loved the workers, the prices, and the job they did on my nails. After about 5 times of having an appointment (week in advance) and never being taken in on time, I couldn't go back anymore. I am okay with waiting 5 to even 20 minutes for an appointment, I understand it can get busy and things happen and get behind. But the last two times were the last straw. Both times I waited for THIRTY FIVE minutes. The first time I waited long enough for them to take me (no apology). It even seemed like they were taking walk ins before me, even though I was a PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. The second time, after 30 minutes, no apology or acknowledgement, (and me saying I had an appointment upon walking it)... I did not wait any longer... I simply walked out, crossed my name out on the sheet, wrote that I had waited for a long time and couldn't wait any longer... and never went back. read more

So i attempted to go here and got ignored when i walked in. Not a hello..be with you soon..nothing. But i sat down anyway hoping for the best. After about 15 minutes of no acknowledgment...i watched 2 other ladies walk out and figured this is just how shitty they treat their customers. I then walked out also..and none of the staff even tried to stop any of us. So the only person left waiting for this rude establishment to service them was a drugged out woman who basically was sleeping in the chair. I will never step foot in this horrible nail salon again. What a bad experience! I DO NOT recommend this salon. I was a walk-in for a pedicure. As soon as they set me into the chair and started the water, a regular visiting customer came in and she went over to the customer and started doing her nails. I sat there and waited and waited with my feet in the water. She was very rough with my feet and cleaning my cuticles. When she cut my toenails, some were rounded and some were square. Shorter than others at that.There was a very quick "massage" which she basically only banged on my legs and I actually jerked around in my seat. She then immediately painted my toes. Only putting base coat on one foot. Put the two coats of color with no delay at all in between and then the top coat. The whole pedicure literally took 10 minutes. She then brought me to drying area and said I need to dry for 15 minutes. I waited for at least 20. I even got my wallet out and waited for some kind of acknowledgement. The drying time was longer than my pedicure! The polish was all around my toe nails on my skin. Plus my toes smelled like polish remover or some chemical all day. It was so overwhelming. She finally came over and said are you done? I didn't realize I needed to check if my toenails were dry. She tapped a toenail and said you're all done. I went to pay with my debit card and she pointed to a piece of paper that said if you use a debit or credit card there is a $1.00 surcharge. Are you kidding? She said since it's your first time here and didn't know, she said she would wave the $1.00. I literally could of done a better job myself. SO DISAPPOINTED. I was in such awe I walked out and didn't complain. read more
