Save yourself the headache and go down the road to basically any other place. This place made me sit with 3 different women for an acrylic refill with gel polish. Each time they tacked on another fee. One woman tried to shape my nail using the electric file (which was already an extra charge) and when I asked her to use a regular file because it hurt my natural nail she said no. I stopped and said I don't feel comfortable with this, at that point she agreed to do it. But she shaped them poorly, using nail clippers are a shortcut - so some were thinner than others. I asked for matte polish and it was trash! You could see the shine peaking through because it was so streaky. They even painted on my cuticle... THE WORST! I went there Friday for an eyebrow wax and have had this done numerous times at other places, so I didn't think I would have a problem. It hurt more than usual and didn't realize why until the next day when my one eye was swollen shut and the whole area was bright red and obviously burned. I took a picture Sunday and it was still a mess. I went to see them on Monday and nicely explained my concerns and showed them the damage. They were nice, but admitted to no wrong doing and offered no compensation. They said to just put on Vaseline! read more

About 6 girls and I went to C Top nails recently for manicures/pedicures before my sister's wedding. They were so accommodating and opened up the entire salon for us. We were all taken care of pretty much simultaneously which was extremely valuable with our time constraints. They permitted us to bring champagne and set out a bunch of cute snacks for us (including sparkling juice). The prices are definitely reasonable and everyone loved their nails! I'd definitely recommend-their work is beautiful and they're really sweet women. read more

I had time to kill in an unfamiliar area before a party and desperately needed my nails done. It was 9:30 on a Saturday and they were empty which I should have realized as a clue. I got a gel manicure with OPI nail polish. She chopped my nails ridiculously short, shaped them weird, and continued to use the cuticle cutter well after needed. She covered my cuticle with nail polish, which means the polish is already lifting up at the back of my nail - which I know she was aware of since she kept trying to remove polish from the edges of the nailbed with her nail (I get this is a fix sometimes but she did it 80% of the time). She filed them over and over again, even after they had dried, which lets me know she also realized the shape was whack, and does not bode well for the longevity of the manicure. The towel at the end was cold (I know because she went "ugh, cold!" and put it on my hands anyway. Two stars for being easily available in my time of need, but since I'm not from the area let everyone at that party know never to use them. read more

I stopped by this salon on my way home from working hoping for a relaxing experience. I asked for a gel mani and a pedi. The lady pointed me to a chair. I walked over and got situated. The first thing that threw me off was she didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut or filed. She just proceeded to file until I stopped her asking if she could cut them. As she was cutting and filing she would push my feet in a rude manner instead of asking me to move them up or down or whatever. She aggressively shoved them into the tub then grabbed them if she needed to change positions. I was very thrown off by that but figured maybe she's tired or having a bad day. When she was done she put these cheap slippers on me that you can't walk more than 10 ft in. I sat down for my manicure and she began filing again without asking me if I want to cut my nails or how I want to file. She was having trouble with the cuticle cutters and kept putting oil on them to get them to work. The cutters barely cleaned any of my nails. I had to point out several places for her. That wasn't the worst part though...she was shoving and pushing my hands around. She was pulling on my hands because she wanted them closer instead of just politely asking me. Instead of asking me to put my hands in the uv light she just pushed them and pointed at the machine. Very rude. Very unprofessional. And the worst part is, I am 90% sure she was the owner. read more

I literally don't ever leave yelp reviews, or any negative reviews in general, but I was charged an absurd amount of money for such a poor acrylic manicure. They were shaped unevenly to the point you can see my nail underneath for each finger from the side. I'm expecting them to maybe last a week considering they will easily snap from the sides and just fall off. Extremely disappointed and I just wasted $40. read more

The staff was all super nice and very friendly. They have current and up to date products and techniques. The pedicure was up to par wth other local similar salons. I just wasn't overly crazy with the shaping of my nails (pink and white gels). They might have looked ok to the average client, but I've been getting my nails done 30 years and have had some excellent nail techs over the years and know when shaping is done correctly. I knew by looking at them that they would start to look misshapen as they grew out and I was correct; in less than a week they looked odd to a trained eye. Also the UV coat peeled off and/chipped off within a few days. I have never had that happen before. I also felt the interior of the shop was a little cramped and cluttered; not overly aesthetically pleasing or modern. Most clients would likely be perfectly happy wth this salon. I expect a little more so I likely won't go back. read more

I went here for the first time last Friday. I have acrylic nails. She told me that I should have them taken off and reapplied ever other time. She also told me I should take off my pedicure nail polish often. She tried to talk me into the pedicure nail polish removal. I told her no but I did agree to the nails. She did that and then a refill. She charged me 17.00 for the refill and 16.00 for the removal of the refill nails which I didn't know would be 16.00 until she charged my charge card. Too late then!!!!! I used my own nail polish (always do no matter where I go). The nail polish started to come off on Sat. after only one day!!!! I never had this at any other salon. I tried a new place because my last refill was not done well and the polish was put on way too think. I definitely will not go back there. From what I read about removing nails, she just wanted to get more money for the refill and not what should be done. read more
