I do not live in Conshohocken or one of the neighboring towns. But I won't allow anyone else to highlight my hair; well, Michelle is the other color specialist and she's great too. The website said it was $5 and the woman charged me $15. I casually pointed this out to her and she gave me a blank stare and said nothing even after I pulled up the website. So I paid her $15 and left, irked based on the customer service. After several follow up emails to the manager, I finally got a note back that said she would deduct the cost from my next haircut. Not impressed after this experience so won't go back. However, If Lauren ever started her own salon, I'd go there in a heartbeat. (Note the website now says Bang trims $5+) I got my hair highlighted for the first time ever last night. Lauren was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what colors I wanted and she intelligently guided me towards two different colors that I absolutely love. She also cut my hair beautifully after the color. More than that, everyone in the salon was so kind and welcoming. It was the best salon experience I've ever had. I will absolutely be going back.

I would go back for the pedicure but not a massage with Haley. I did call and speak with management afterwards about my less than stellar massage service. They did credit me $20 and while I appreciate that, that does not even covered 20% of the service cost.

I started receiving services at Renee's Hair Studio in September 2015 when I moved to the Philadelphia 'burbs and received a glowing recommendation from a salon sales representative. I wish I could give this salon more than 5 stars. The customer service, respect, and overall treatment you receive from this salon are above and beyond. I personally see Budd for all of my hair services, as he is a hair extension expert and just an overall fantastic person. He will help a girl out in a pinch if he can-- I am notorious for waiting last minute to call and get my extensions moved (I called today and I am able to get in this week?! YAS!) I now live 3.5 hours away from Conshohocken and I continue to make the drive to Renee's.
