Nicole has always worked with me to figure out which color/tone would work best for me and has always made me feel comfortable - she even wrote me a thank you note after my first visit (such a cute touch). Hours here are not standard like most salons however they're very flexible and will schedule outside of regular hours if requested. After moving to the 'burbs, I stumbled upon this salon and they were able to fit me in pretty quickly. I explained to Katie the same thing I had explained to every other stylist - I want some layers that would give me body. She was great, she knew how to work with curly hair and even how to style it (which I can't say is true for many other hair stylists). I came out really happy with how my hair felt and looked. Before she started she did offer to do a "special" haircut for me for curly hair which was double the price. I do appreciate that she warned me about the price but just wish there was more explanation of this special haircut. If I will spend double the price for something I would like to understand why.
