I was so happy to finally find a great nail place near me until this last time that I went to go get a pedicure 2 weeks ago. I was cut so bad from the cuticles that after a couple of days, I got a bacterial infection my big toe! Ive never had that happened to me before smh. I had a regular manicure and pedicure that wasn't regular. Hot oil and hot stone massage for my hands and feet. My winter dry cracked hands and feet are rejuvenated. I went here for a pedicure today for the first time. Pedicure itself was just average but the leg/foot massage was very good! I don't like that I was rushed. I noticed that the place was busy but the regular customers were not rushed. After the pedi while waiting for the nail polish to dry, someone came to give a hot stone back massage, I was pleasantly surprised because I never got massages post pedi anywhere. But it lasted around 30 secs and the lady who did it used a lot of force and it hurt my back. There was another customer, I am sure she is a regular, she got the massage for at least 2-3 mins post pedicure and she was definitely not rushed. I get pedicures to treat my feet and to relax. It is disappointing how you people rushed things and treated me hurriedly. If you guys knew you were busy, could have told me to come at a different time. read more

This place is great. Clean, staff is super friendly & they do a great job. Came in for a pedicure today and technician listened to what I wanted, took time to clip, soak, remove tough layers on heels, ball & big toes of feet. Softened skin with creams, hot pads, stones & lotions. Also, Found out Mon-Weds they run a special on pedicures..bonus! Super impressed with outcome and highly recommend this place. I'll be back. Beautiful location but the quality of the work was subpar. No dipping your nails before working on your cuticles, no hand dipping, and no hand massage after. Go to tre nail salon. You pay the same but get a significantly better experience. read more

Went here for the first time today for a pedicure. Was taken within 5 minutes. I liked that they used hot stones during the foot massage. They also gave a short shoulder massage while my nails were drying. I would come here again but there's nothing really special about this place. read more

I am always looking for the perfect nail place, and I think I finally found it. It's tucked away in an isolated shopping center, but inside is a warm, bright, and comfortable space, waiting for you to relax and enjoy. The ladies that work here are super nice, and they take their time and care in giving you great service. I was pampered for about 45 minutes with my pedicure, which came with a hot stone massage. Then, while drying my nails, I was given another hot stone masage, this time on my shoulders and back. The prices are a little more than the standard shopping strip nail salon ($35 for a pedi), but it's well worth it. I am looking forward to returning here again. read more

I think it says a lot that I could go to any nail place in NYC but wait to come home since this is my only nail place in the past 5+ years. Mimi and her team are very friendly and always welcoming. No need to worry about the cleanliness of this salon and the quality of the work done! I would highly recommend. This place has definitely picked up recently. My favorite place. I have been coming for years and I can say that the employees give you their best effort every time. They always play cute movies so you can watch while getting your nails/toes done. The place is always comfortable and not too loud or obnoxious. I sometimes doze off while getting my toes done! The best part is by far the fact that they use hot stones during pedicures and while your drying. I have never experienced that at other salons...Belles is just the best! I had Casey today and she did my pedicure very nicely. The foot massage with the hot stones was amazing and the unexpected hot stone back rub while my nails were drying was a huge added bonus! The pedicure is normally $35 but they are running a special where Monday through Wednesday it's only $29, and it is well worth the money! It was clean, the workers seemed to be kind and happy, and I will absolutely go back there again. read more

I will not be returning to this nail salon.... they are extremely overpriced for the service they provide. While the establishment itself is clean, spacious and classy the job they did on my nails was terrible. I asked for a full set of acrylics with a french manicure polish (which I wanted in gel) they gave me no options and just proceeded to glue white tips to my nails. Only to tell me when I cashed out that the white tips were more expensive. 6 of my ten nails broke within 2 days of wear (2 days that I did not have to work- which meant LESS then normal use). All ten of my nails are already lifting around my cuticles and look as though I've had them for 2-3 weeks. I went to this place because they were clean and LOOKED like a reputable nail salon. I will however be going back down the street to the slightly cramped but ALWAYS on point Kimmy's Nail Salon. Where the employees actually talk to you and ask you what you want before just doing. On a brighter note the hot stone back massage they give while your nails dry was a nice touch. You should visit this salon if you like to throw money away on mediocre services. read more

I just discovered this nail salon and I'm a customer for life! I got my (gel) nails done there for my wedding, as my normal place went out of business. I spent 2 weeks in the Carribbean in the water, etc. and my nails stayed near perfect for 3 weeks! I've never seen that before and I've been getting gel for probably 5 years. I was also pleasantly surprised at how long they massaged my legs and used the hot stones, etc. for my pedicure. I am used to people rushing right through that part.
