I called on Tuesday when they reopened to make an appointment to get it fixed because on their website they "guarantee" their work. Not once on the call did they tell me I would be charged AGAIN!! When I took her for the fix, the stylist, Gloria, was rude and confrontational. She obviously doesn't know anything about customer service. My daughter is 15 and never had her hair colored before so she was already uncomfortable. When I picked her up when she was done the manager said I owed a balance because my daughter left on Saturday without saying she was unhappy and then proceeded to reprimand her.
