The nail tech started doing dip and I said, i do not want them thick. The french tips were uneven and poorly done (think 50% white, 50 % nude) I politely asked for her to remove it because of the poor quality. From there, my nail tech was really rude. She started to quickly use the tool to file it off carelessly and nicked me a few times. It was painful. Another member said theyll fix my nails. I was hesitant and said ok I should have left, but I thought there maybe some redemption. At this point, my nails were so poorly shaped, I did not want the french manicure. When this tech was done, I asked for them to fix the thickness. She said my nail beds are round and that's why it looks like this. I felt defeated. They had other customers and I did not want to make a scene. I was charged 65 $ ( I had a pedicure, which was good). I regret paying for the manicure, as I now have to get my nails redone elsewhere for my party. I also cannot believe they did charge me for my manicure Writing this bc I used yelp reviews to select this place. If you're looking for classy nails for a nice event, go elsewhere.

Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

I had been hoping to just drop in, but they were completely booked. The lady who cut my hair was really friendly. She gave me suggestions and tried to make sure I liked my haircut. How I feel about my haircut after washing it myself is the true test. I felt like my hair was a lot more well-behaved. I noticed that I had a lot more little baby hairs sticking up after the cut, which is odd because I don't think they would cut the hair that short. However, I still would return to this place, and I recommend it for your next cut.
