Ok so my hair was giving me alot of trouble the past year. I have colored it many times and even though my formula was correct my hair wouldn't take the color properly. In tge business we call that having a line of demarcation. So basically a line and two colors were seen. Stephanie fit me in treated me like family and did what she does best. I absolutely LOVE my hair and I can't believe its exactly what I wanted. To make things even more difficult, I wear extensions that clip in.I need it to match perfectly. And she nailed it i would recommend this salon to everyone, and anyone that has any kind of color problem they will fix it. I had such a delightful experience at this salon! I would highly recommend it to a friend. I went in for a full highlight and was in need of some blending of my old highlights with my natural color. The stylist (and salon owner) was super friendly and made excellent recommendations of colors in a highlight/lowlight to give my thin hair dimension with the blending that I desired. It has been a very long time since I have found such a talented professional who also makes me feel at home and welcome. We had wonderful conversation and my hair looks and feels amazing! I came here last minute because I needed my eyebrows fixed up before a date that night. Brittany, the owner, was able to take me right away. We had a really great chat and I was very comfortable. She used wax and strips, and she was very quick so it didn't hurt almost at all. There was also minimal redness which is a plus! The salon was perfectly clean, not a stray hair in sight. It has beautiful natural light, and there are a bunch of products for sale in the salon as well. Price was reasonable with no appointment, $15 and she did a perfect job. Definitely coming back again! Parking is in the back, lots of space available. The salon is right next to the post office. read more

So this review has nothing to with the lady who actually cut my hair. The hair lady is very good and did a great job. This is the review for the b*&^h at the counter who does the payment processing. I noticed I was charged a different price than my previous visit so I just paid the amount thinking I will call later and speak with the owner. So I finally called later in the day to speak with the owner and inquire about the pricing issue. To which she got technical with me told that their prices have changed which they have not communicated to anyone and their website still shows the old price and they have no signs in the salon of this change either. And I have no issues with paying extra either its the principle. To this she said well i did tell you what the price is when you paid with you card. Yeah lady, you told me the price after i utilized the services. Not like the hairdresser can undo what she did, nor did i feel like making a scene in front of other clients there. FYI, this incident happened back in Aug21. I just never got around posting review on here. read more
