My brows have never looked better thanks to Tebee, the owner and brow magician at Grandeur Beauté…read moreStudio. I came to her with somewhat neglected brows that were also suffering from microblading asymmetry. One was long, one was short, both were sparse - not cute! I wasn't expecting perfection but was hoping for a slight improvement. I found Tebee based on some online research...her studio looked nice and clean and her work looked really, really good. I reached out to her and she got back to me very quickly with a recommendation for microshading. I never had microshading but I was willing to go with her recommendation. From the moment I met Tebee I really liked her! She is super sweet, friendly, and most importantly, she is *amazing* at what she does! Her studio is super cute, comfortable and extremely clean. During my first session, she explained how microshading worked and that I would get more density while keeping a more natural look - this is exactly what I wanted. Tebee measured my brows so they would be symmetrical and she corrected all the imperfections along the way. On my second visit she corrected the coloring and left me with perfect brows! I would highly recommend Tebee and Grandeur Beauté Studio. She is so professional and lots of fun....we spent nearly five hours together during our two sessions and the time flew by! She is a perfectionist and truly cares about her quality of work and her customers' beauty/satisfaction. She is so great I'm going back for a lash lift. This is my brow place for life!

If there are issues with your treatment, you may not receive a call back for weeks, and instead might have to keep calling them. I purchased the laser nail treatment with the "written guarantee". Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

I could not tell that I had any color compared to the rest of my body, my upper legs was a perfect color, my knees were dark, the color settled there I had to scrub my knees the next day, and the back area of my calf's had good even color, and front inner calf area was no color so my experience was awful, I will probably not do this again, I am sure this establishment is good overall but my experience was so poor!!!!
