I came in to get a refill for my nails, while in here I stubbed my toe and it broke my nail off. They were super caring and sat me down, cleaned it up, took the nail off, & even offered me pain reliever and bandages with no extra charge. Extremely disappointed in the integrity of their employees! I had an envelope with cash for the tip. Paid the tip, set the envelope down on the counter to get my credit card out to pay. I accidentally left the envelope on the counter. I wasvthe only person checking out! They knew that envelope was mine. They made no effort to catch me to return it. I was there for several minutes after paying helping a disabled friend of mine. Yes it was careless,but I find their integrity very dishonest! Very very disappointed in this establishment! Had a spa pedi, and manicure by Timmy at Fancy nails today. He was excellent. Very thorough, a GREAT LEG AND FOOT MASSAGE, and a beautiful polish!! The owner of salon seemed very nice, and the rest of the staff were very pleasant. I will absolutely go back, and will request Timmy, he was an impressive young man, a great nail technician, and very nice to talk to. Very sweet. There are a few techs who are nice and do a good job but for the most part the techs do a sloppy job, rush your service when it's busy and skip steps, still charging full price. Super rude, cheap, and mediocre work done all around. Also way too many techs will talk on the phone while doing their work leading them to cut your skin because they're simply not paying attention. read more

My dip nails look good except for the one bald spot in the middle of my one nail BUT my problem is I left with three gouges out of my cuticles. Three different fingers. It's been four days and they are still sore. I just paid $60 to be hurt. I'm not going back. The lady gouged it with the spinning thing I think. They should SLOW the heck down please. What is the hurry?? I'd rather not leave injured. That's how bacteria gets introduced to the bloodstream. I'm very unhappy about this. read more

I had a terrible first experience at this place yesterday when the owner of the shop tried to send me out with my nails uneven and the nails not properly painted. I expressed that I did not like my nails and she got upset. She kept screaming my nails were considered long and that was impossible with the tips barely passing my fingers. I was over charged for this service and had to go to another nail salon to have them try to fix my uneven and blotchy nails. More than one employee needed help and asked lots of questions while they were doing someone's nails. They made my cuticles bleed with their tools and I don't see them get them out of the sanitizer. I walked out of this salon and immediately went to a different salon so they could take off the hot mess of a manicure fancy nails did. Don't go here, the manicure I got was bumpy and uneven. I'm now out 40 dollars. She made my finger bleed and got super glue all over my skin. Pedicure was fine (even tho they said it was $30 but then charged $40) but I have to pay to get a new one bc the other salon didn't have the same color. Avoid at all costs. read more

This is your one stop shop for getting pampered from head to toe. Cynthia is an amazing nail/lash tech. She works meticulously and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Le does quality dip powders and acrylic sets. Kim does amazing pedicures and a wiz at eyebrow waxing. Leanne does fabulous eyelash extensions. They treat you like family. 10/10 beauty salon. All I can say is never again. My daughter who is 14 kept mouthing to me the technician was hurting her. I brushed it off as dramatics but when we were done, she showed me cuts along the side of her nails. My gel manicure turned out awful with misshaped nails and nail polish bleeds on my fingers. It will take weeks for my nails to get back to a normal shape. Another woman came in to complain about her manicure from a few days prior and the staff was rude and condescending to her. Awful experience and will never go back You should be wary of a place who has a sign saying no refunds. Telling sign!! read more

I am especially picky with my gel and they never disappoint! I work with my hands a lot and my gel always last over 2+ weeks (which is super rare) and is always flawless! I went to Fancy Nails for a pedicure before my wedding celebration. Leanne did an awesome job! She was really friendly and thorough. She shaped my nails nicely and my feet looked great before I even had polish on. Fancy nails is the bomb. I get my feet done here and feel like a king right after. I don't care what nobody says. Men can get pedicures too. Terrible! The owner and her sister are rude! I've been there a couple of times. First time was ok. The last time I went, I came in at 5:30 for a mani-pedi. Not enough workers, so I had to wait, which is fine. The owner was the one who did my pedi. It was around 630 by this time so her sister joined in to do my mani-while in the pedi chair. Also fine, I guess. When the sister was finished painting my nails, she put the brush in the bottle of nail polish and stated, "You're all set" , lifted the arm of the chair as if to rush me out the door-WITH WET FEET AND HAND NAILS! I obliged and left and I will never go back. Also, they have their husbands sleeping in the pedi chair and in the wax room while customers are there. DON'T GO - I gave this place 3 times. Yesterday my daughter and I had a 5:00 appt and they didn't take us until 25 minutes later so our appt ran past their 7:00 closing time. They badgered me to pay before the services were performed so they could close out their cash register. Then when I was drying my nails, the husband stood over us and the wife was outside on the sidewalk trying to pressure us to leave - they even turned out the lights on us! And they cut the cuticles on 5 out of my daughter's 10 fingers - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Even the girl who painted my daughter's nails couldn't believe the owner had cut so many cuticles - says this is what makes customers not come back. read more
