Kimberton Nails is amazing. Kim is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!!!! I will continue to come to this Salon !! read more

They are so friendly but I have a few suggestions for improvement. When providing a pedicure, please get all the callouses. With all the tools and scrub brushes, it's hard to understand coming home with dry callouses. It's why I go for a pedicure mostly. Also, please put the nail polish to the cuticle. I left and it looks like my big toes are already about to grow out. That's frustrating for $40. I couldn't stay later to ask them to redo. Super clean and such nice people I want to provide feedback so it can be better. read more

I went in for a walk-in today and was ignored by who seemed to be the owner. When I was helped, she was incredibly rude. If you want a service where you're treated with basic respect, I recommend going elsewhere. read more

i hadn't been to kimberton nails in years but wow. the new owners did a wonderful job redoing the salon. i went in for a manicure and pedicure. honestly i was on a time crunch but the staff was super accommodating. not only did a end up with a beautiful manicure and acrylic nail set, but i had plenty of time to spare. they suggested the dip nails and i am officially obsessed. something that also impressed me was they opened brand new tools when working on my pedicure. while it should be common practice, many salons just reuse tools which is a safety hazit is a wonderful salon and i highly suggest going next time you need your nails done or just need to relax. read more

Kimberton Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

I've been there two times and I am very impressed with their services. A pedicure is done much better than the previous places I have been to. The girls take their time and are very thorough with the procedure. The other places I have been to always seem to be in a hurry and I was not at all happy with the results. The regular pedicure here far surpassed the spa pedicure I received at the other places. The salon is very clean and modern and will be my place from now on, read more

Under new ownership, by the previous owner of country nails from the terrytown shopping center! Cindy did an amazing job with my pedi, more attention to detail than anyone I've ever had in my life! Will DEFINITELY be back! read more

I think I've the worst experience here This is my first time walking in and thinking getting my nails refill here. I walked in and I don't see a loot of people maybe 2 or 3 people, so the lady came up and say may I help you? So I said I want a refilled, and she said right now we are very busy can you come back later? Which I don't see anyone here expect 3,4 people. Worst nail place... read more

I asked the owner not to cut my cuticles at the bottom of my nails because my skin peels underneath when done. She said it wouldn't be a problem and did it anyway. So my skin is peeling and bleeding on 3 of my nails and it takes weeks to heal. She also used old polish and did not look good from the next day on. read more

Very friendly, very clean! Michelle gave me a beautiful pedicure. I will be back again and again.

Love this salon. Professional and clean and always helpful and accommodating. And they do a great job! Thanks

Today was my first visit to Kimberton Nails and it won't be my last. After searching for years, I've found my nail salon!! Amazing pedicure and gel manicure. The salon is immaculate and everyone was so friendly!! I can't wait to go back! read more

The customer service was spot on. They have a very large selection of dip and gel colors. The salon was so clean. The nail techs were so kind and welcoming. The person who did my nails was so gentle and always checked up on me while doing my nails. read more

Just went there for the first time and i love it! My gel mani and pedi came out perfect. I was talking to the owner and her name is Kim and she told me just took over the salon this month so she's the new owner under new management and she was amazing to converse with. I will be back soon!! read more

Nice techs. Salon was clean and pleasant. Gel manicure came out lovely, although unfortunately and entire nail of polish came off in a sheet after only about four days. Also, a little pricey for the area, I thought. $35 for gel manicure and they said that was a special, so I don't know what the regular price would be. read more

Kimberton Nail Salon is the best! They took a whole bridal party, 4 of us, with no appointment as walk-ins! We all got full tips put on, plus mani's and pedi's! They did a great job, would highly recommend Kimberton Nail Salon! read more

They were able to take me right away as a walk-in, for both a brow wax and pedicure. The salon was clean, played upbeat music, and all of the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back! read more

Just tried this place for the first time yesterday. Immediately when walking in, everyone was SO friendly & welcoming. I wished the pedicure was a little longer in terms of TLC but the color & job on my toes does look good. I'm going to keep trying different salons in the area, but would definitely come back here again. read more

Friendly staff and $10 off mani's and pedi's on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Good place!

I've been going here for years now. I love the atmosphere and most of the staff is nice and does a good job. I have decided to stop going here because of the owner, Lyn. She is very rude. I can't believe some of the things she has said to me. No one has the right to talk to me, or anyone, the way she has. Therefore, I will not be going back. read more

We had a great experience here today! Walked in and were seated right away for pedicures and a refill on my nails. The place is clean and new looking, all of the massage chairs looked like new leather. The manicurists asked our names and carried on conversation during the entire visit - and it was impressive that they knew all of the customers names that were in there with us. My husband got a pedicure with me so the owner told him to enjoy the massage chair while I got my nails done. It was a bit pricey for the pedis, but they have specials during the week, so I will definitely be back! read more

The owner of this nail salon is an absolute nightmare. She doesn't care about the customers and just wants your money. She's pushy and rude and will constantly ask you where you get your nails /etc done. She's the worst businesswoman I've ever come into contact with. read more

It is a nice salon but the manager is very unfriendly and it isn't a welcoming place because of this. The staff is nice and quality of their work is nice but I've taken my business elsewhere. read more

I have been going to Kimberton nails for years and love it here. Annie does a great job and Kevin always makes me feel at home. It is very clean and I always have a great experience. read more

I will never go back, Kevin the nail tech was rude and did not welcome new customers. I had explained that I was going to be a new customer and was excited about finding a salon closer to where I lived. He acted as if I was not welcome there and even after my 3rd visit, he still did not know who I was and what I was looking for. The salon had a nice atmosphere, too bad the staff couldn't have the same!! I'll travel further from now on, friendly service get's my vote EVERYTIME!! read more

I got a gel manicure. It wasn't bad, also wasn't the best. They put a machine on top of the table to dry the gel on your nails which is uncomfortable because you have to reach your hands over the machine. read more

I walked in without an appointment and put my name in for 30 minutes later and came back to almost immediate service. The establishment looked clean and very professional. I thought the service was good and the staff were all seemingly friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure done; the work was okay but the price was a bit high. The hot stone massage with the pedicure is a nice touch. I might go here again as it's local, but I think I'll shop around first. read more

I went to kimberton nails regularly for gel mani & pedi (even though prices are high), due to location & salon appearance. They did a decent job, so I just ignored the owner Lyn who is very rude & unwelcoming. She acts annoyed as soon as you walk in, despite I make an appointment & always leave 20% tip. My 13 year old daughter would go with me ($45 for regular mani w 1 design & pedi) & I'd make sure she got the nicer technician. But the last time we went in, Lyn the owner was so over the top rude! We had to wait 30 minutes because there weren't enough technicians (I made appointment in advance) & she wouldn't us sit next to each other. We've found another salon - there are many in the area. read more

I've been coming here for more than 2 years now. I don't know what the one reviewer is talking about when they say the salon "makes your nails bleed"...? At least that has never happened to me. The owner/manager Lyn can come off as rude if you don't understand Vietnamese culture. Remember, it's a CULTURAL difference (i.e. including the questions about your personal life), not a personality flaw. Lyn always does a FANTASTIC job on my eyebrows. Kevin does a wonderful job on my toes. He's also great with young kids. He plays with my toddler while I get my eyebrows done. Even lets her stand in the pedi-pool and play while he does my toes. He is very patient. We've also had some interesting philosophical conversations. The salon is extremely clean, organized and does not have the usual nail salon chemical smell. These folks will continue to get my business. Love it here. read more

Nice place but expect very personal and rude line of questions. Every time I get the same questions...are you married? Do you have kids? Why not? Don't you want kids? I find this to be VERY rude. Sometimes it's for sad and private reasons why you don't have children. To be badgered repeatedly about this uncomfortable topic while you're trying to relax is very upsetting. read more

I've been coming here for at least 2 years and the service has been decent. Today I came here to get a mani/pedi and I was in a lot of pain. My nails are fairly short because I pick them and I was scolded for doing so. Also the woman made my nails bleed in several different spots. It caused a lot of discomfort and doesn't even look that nice. Very disappointed with my visit here today. read more

This place is amazing!! Annie & Lynn are the best! Super sweet and the best service ever! Way better than any nail salon in the phoenixville area read more

I have gone to Kimberton Nails since I was a little girl, therefore, I'd like to think my opinion is consistent as a 19 year old. I began to acknowledge the rudeness of the owner Lyn when I watched her sleep on duty, avoid helping her employees to play games on her iPad, or watch movies out loud. However, today I had the worst experience I could ever imagine. I went in around 12:30 asking for my acrylics to be removed and a pedicure, after Lyn trying to convince me to spend more money, she finally started. It took two hours for Lyn to finish my pedicure and in the meantime she had my acrylics soaking. Once realizing she didn't remove the nail properly, SHE BEGAN TO SAND THE REMAINING ACRYLIC INTO MY NAIL. I have never once thought about writing a review, however after the years Lyn has insulted me and proven to me as a client that she has zero professionalism in the nail industry. Kevin and the woman who does pedicures deserve to own this salon because their boss has shown time and time again that she is lazy, refuses to take accountability, disorganized, and only cares about herself. Also, if she doesn't do so automatically (which she will not) ask her to change her gloves, they have an abundance of boxes but still manage to wear the same pair for every client, every day. Check your options before deciding to come here, or if you do, ensure you make an appointment with the trustworthy nail technicians (even though Lyn disregards appts.) Today was my last straw with Kimberton Nails read more

Don't go here. I went in and got the owner. She was rude during our pedicure and very snobby from start to finish. I gave her another chance months later thinking maybe she had a bad day....no. She was worse. She gave me an eyebrow wax and she yanked so hard. When she was done shaw said "done" and walked out of the room not even walking me out. She went right to another manicure customer and sat with her. I had to pay her at that station not the register and when she told me the cost she continued to file the lady's nails and not look at me. I thought....two bad days like this months apart??? hmmm....that's her. not me. I have to be honest and say she does a great job but not at this expense. I'll take my money and go somewhere they respect me AND do a nice job. read more
