Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

We sat down and the nail tech came over to do my nails. The manager did not do my sister's nails. My sister had to wait until the nail tech finished with me to start hers. We have never had to wait like this. No explanation given. They used to be friendlier, thanking us for coming to the salon. Not any more. I had to ask if they do-the shoulder massage and she reluctantly said yes. The cost for a regular pedicure is 35.00. We used to get 5 percent discount if you paid cash. Not anymore and they do add a credit card fee. There are hundreds of nail salons in the area. We may check out another one that is friendlier and wants our business.
