I ended up having to file down on the sides to clean it up. My polish ended up not sticking well, and some of the side nail was missed. Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

The nail tech was moving fast and using too high of an intensity on the drill to remove the polish. She drilled through my big toe nail and almost down to my skin to the point where I bled for 10+ minutes. I left without finishing the pedicure, old polish still on some on my toes, and was still asked to pay for a partial pedicure. Techs should be trained to properly remove gel, and injuries due to polish removal should not happen. I enjoyed this salon until this incident and unfortunately will never go back.
