The worker (mom) just watched and did nothing??? She never got up to clean it. This is supposed to be a place of cleanliness. I get that toddlers can be messy, I have a toddler of my own, but this is not the place to have dirty floors, and have a toddler in a diaper (no pants) running around making a mess, sitting in a muddled puddle. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!
