I came here to get my brows done on a Sunday afternoon. I recently relocated to the valley after…read moreresiding down south for about eight years, down in Tucson the same wonderful lady did my brows for over eight years. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

The nail tech was friendly, nice, and cool. She was easygoing and not in a rush even though they were short staffed that day. And the owner or manager (a male with glasses) was very nice and interactive. He asked me twice if I wanted something to drink. Good conversations while getting to nail done. I just really enjoyed the vibe at the salon. It's so hard to describe it. I guess I can sum it up with "very friendly salon"! On that day, I had dip service for my hands and gel for my feet. Too bad I cannot move this salon to where I live!

Beautiful salon and very sweet staff, but a few details could have been better. Went Saturday…read moreSeptember 29th This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions, so I was really excited and nervous at the same time. The salon is beautiful inside, and everyone I interacted with was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. My lash tech was also very nice, and I could tell she worked hard on me for about two hours. I showed her a picture of the lash style I wanted. They didn't turn out exactly like the picture, I wanted an anime look, but they were still very pretty, and I was happy with them overall. My biggest concern was that one eye ended up looking noticeably fuller than the other. One side has more lashes and looks more defined, while the other has fewer lashes and looks a little more sparse. I realize this may not be something everyone would notice, but I notice little details like that, and once I see it, it bothers me. I just wish they had been a little more even. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Unfortunately, after I got home and really looked at them, I noticed that a small section of one eyebrow had been waxed off more than it should have been. Now I have to fill in that little section myself. It may seem like a small thing, but I specifically got my brows waxed and tinted because I wanted to be able to go without makeup, so having to draw part of my eyebrow back on was disappointing. Overall, I want to emphasize that everyone was extremely kind, the salon was beautiful, and I appreciate the time and effort my tech put into my appointment. I think these were just a couple of details that could have been caught before I left. That'd I didn't notice when I was there otherwise I'm pretty sure she would've fixed it. I would consider going back, but next time I would definitely be more specific about the lash style and make sure I check my brows carefully before leaving and lashes before leaving. I'm glad I tried eyelash extensions, and despite the little imperfections, I still think they look pretty.
