When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Last time…read morehe repaired and refinished the wood floors in our old apartment, and this time he removed two layers of old, glued-down flooring from our new condo, cleaned the concrete subfloor, and installed new underlayment and engineered hardwood floors for us throughout the entire home, which was a very large project. He was knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, had amazing attention to detail, and worked quickly. The whole job (demo to final product) was done in under two weeks, and that included extra time for unforeseen issues, like the concrete subfloor needing to be grinded down and leveled in multiple rooms before floor installation so the planks would lay correctly. Ciprian went above and beyond to make sure the finished product looked amazing and to help us with all aspects of our project. He was kind and professional to our new neighbors and worked within our new building's construction/noise rules, he transported our flooring materials from the store to our new unit and carried them all up the stairs (50 lbs per box, 66 boxes), he finished our master bedroom first so we could move into that space early, and he even returned our leftover boxes of flooring to the store so we could get a refund for the unused products. On top of that, he bought extra matching door trim to fill in the gaps between the top of the new floor and the base of the doorway trim that the previous owners had cut way too high to accommodate the two old layers of flooring. The finished product looks amazing! We are very happy with his work and with the look and installation of our new floors. We highly recommend Ciprian, and we would absolutely work with him again.

From the very beginning, they were responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Chris led the project, and his craftsmanship was outstanding. He and his teammate sanded my original oak hardwood floors, replaced several damaged planks, and applied a custom stain that turned out even better than I imagined. The new boards blend in perfectly, the stain color is beautiful, and the finish is absolutely flawless. Chris took the time to answer my questions, walk me through the process, and make sure I was happy with every decision. What impressed me even more was the turnaround. Superb communication. Great results. Fair price. Would hire again…read more Our project was a subfloor repair in our upstairs bathroom. This meant a demo of wood, demo of tile, new carpentry, new tile, reinstall of a fixture, additional pipe, and new baseboards. We decided (without any pressure for add-ons) to extend the work to the whole bathroom floor instead of just the localized area. So our results feel like not just a repair, but a remodel. Things that stood out: Communication - We felt the main point of contact, Anthony, was clear and helpful through the whole process. This is true of every crew member we interactacted with as well. Questions were answered patiently, things were explained clearly, we new what to expect next, there were no overpromises. Everyone that came into our home was respectful. Our input was sought at appropriate times, and we were shown progress consistently. Execution - Everyone seemed competent and capable of the tasks at hand. The results look good, feel good, and inspire confidence. If there was a mess made, it was promptly cleaned up. If there was a concern, it was handled appropriately. Initially I was a little skeptical of the proposed timeline but after seeing the work in action it made sense and was accurate. I would advise any others to just be ready to communicate a little, and inspect the results at each stage, since there might be use of different crews for one stage or another. It felt like a smooth project overall, with a little touchup at the end. Also, someone cleaned our bathroom sink. Didn't even ask for that!
