Disappointing Experience After Years of Great Service I've been a long-time, frequent client of Andrew's and have always appreciated his professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with his son, Tim, have been deeply disappointing. Tim mishandled a key part of our move involving our wardrobe, despite confirming beforehand that he would take care of it accurately. While he did apologize, there was no effort to fix the mistake or make up for the significant inconvenience caused by his lack of attention to detail. This left my fiancé and me frustrated and delayed. We had to pay nearly $100 out of pocket to resolve the issue ourselves with someone else, and Tim made no attempt to compensate for it. Communication and lack of integrity has also been a major concern with Tim. Tim was uncontactable for weeks, cancelled two appointments, changed times at the last minute, and arrived over an hour late--only sending a text 10 minutes before. His response time was consistently slow, except when it came to chasing payment, which he handled with much more urgency. This contrast reflected a clear lack of client care and responsibility. Although I've always paid promptly, this time I asked Tim to answer a few questions to help prepare for our next session--something that was never an issue before--before finalizing payment. Instead of responding, he refused to clarify and instead chose to cancel our appointments. He was quick in responding when it came about payments but extremely slow to answer any questions regarding the work. It's especially disappointing because, at their request several times, I wrote a glowing review for Andrew when they were just starting out. Sadly, Tim's customer service now seems driven more by ego than accountability, lacking the humility essential in a service-based business. Unlike Andrew--who always owned his mistakes and put customers first--Tim seems unwilling to do the same, even for long-term clients. Even to be responsible to respond to questions and keep appointments! It reflects a short-term, transactional approach to business. Tim has no sense of what it means to do long term business and the ethics it requires, unlike Andrew. Unfortunately, Tim handles all the communications. I can no longer recommend their services due to the lack of care, rudeness, and unprofessional attitude of his son, Tim. read more
