It was a very pleasant stop today. Good atmosphere with calm cafe vibes. Parking lot had enough parking spots while it's shared with other offices nearby. My cashier rang me up over the counter pretty quickly. Helpful. I grabbed a table number and dined in. I tried their Breakfast Bowl here. Great healthy choice. Delicious and generous in portions. It looked great on the plate. I added the fresh fruits on the side and it was the best decision here, fresh and sweet fruits. Nice. Complimentary water is self served. Women staffs here are all hardworking. One of the ladies came by and had good casual conversations with me while asking if I wanted to refill my hot cup coffee Americano. She thought it was the refillable drip coffee. Overall, I do appreciate the service and care for customers here. Nice people. Good service. Patio area was spacious as well. Overall I was very pleased with the balance and flavor of this drink. This is probably my favorite latte in Livermore so far. I would come back in a heartbeat. Great, chill vibes here. A fair number of tables and seats inside. Tables also outside. Parking is a little tricky. Not too many spaces in their lot. A gem in Livermore.

Delicious! They open early, maintain a clean environment, and offer several seating options both indoors and outdoors. I had a very substantial Raised Crumb donut and a chocolate Old Fashioned. The Old Fashioned was similar to those found at other donut shops. Instead of being airy and light, the Raised Crumb was so heavy that I initially thought it was a cake donut, but it wasn't. When I ordered it in Modesto, it looks so even and perfect, but when I got it in Livermore, it looks so uneven and ugly. In Modesto, they serve it without the tray, but for some reason, in Livermore, they threw the whole puck with the tray into the box. We only ate a quarter piece at a time. Unfortunately there was a HAIR embedded in the top chocolate layer. Really really gross. I called the store to tell them, and they said if I wanted a replacement, I could come in, but if I wanted are refund, I'd have to wait until tomorrow for the manager would process the refund when they are on shift. Oct 3, 2025: I came in to get the refund and return the remainder 2 dubai brownies that we didnt eat. I also brought the piece that had the hair to show them. The lady offered me a replacement but I refused and wanted the refund. I noticed there were two other men working there. Although everyone had a cap on, one of the men had a beard that wasn't face covered. I've worked in food business before and from what I know, beards were not allowed due to sanitary reasons. Mustaches were ok, but beards were not.
