I understand being only server and being overwhelmed and busy rush hours but when things slow down instead of getting caught up on stuff, or cleaning the messes that have accumulated along the way, she got on her phone leaning on the payment counter. Offer the cooks $10 to do the dishes. Like I said, I love this food here. It is AMAZING. However this server is not it. The place could be cleaner, but I believe it's a reflection of the servers lack of work ethic not the owners.
