The quality and care put into the donuts and kolaches here is unmatched in Killeen. The customer service is great and you will never walk in and not be greeted with a smile. One of the best ham and cheese croissants I have ever had. It is a small place with a few tables. However, the doughnuts are tasty and we'll worth what you pay for them. Get plenty of napkins because the filled doughnuts are very juicy and the croissants are extremely flakey and good. Well worth the trip. read more

We have been going to Mr. Wally's Donuts since 2005, and it has always been a huge treat for the kids. The food was fresh, Mr. Wally and his wife were always very friendly, quick, and neat. Well 6 months ago, it was sold. And I don't think the new owners know what they are doing. It took several mins to get 2 donuts, 3 kolaches and 2 chocolate milk, with 2 people helping us, and we had to repeat the order at three different times. It is unfortunately not a quick and easy stop for a treat for the kids before school....hmmmm come back Mr. Wally! read more

The food was awesome and the staff was very polite and generous. Do yourself a favor and get the croissant breakfast sandwich. Doughnuts are extremely fresh and almost melt in your mouth. I plan on only going here for doughnuts and coffee while I live in Killeen. read more

After not visiting Wally's Doughnut for a while I decided to stop by Wally's was under new management. The lady was very nice and helpful. I tried the kolaches and doughnuts was impressed. On my next visit I decided to treat my church they loved them asking where they could buy them. It's on the menu for youth Sunday now. read more

Unfortunately this is not the original Wally's. He and his wife made the best cake glazed donuts I've ever eaten. He retired several years ago, and the new owners, while being very nice, obviously don't have Wally's recipe. Their donuts don't even come close to the originals. Very disappointing. read more

I'll first say Whally's lost a customer. I have enjoyed going there for the donuts and service, but this morning left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Not too sure if the young lady is new but she needs to work on her customer service. Now I generally would get 1 to 2 dozen donuts at a time and we all know the throw in the little donut holes in which I would have them placed in a separate small bag which the young lady THEN knew my routine and would do things like magic. Well this morning I was getting one dozen and and a sandwich. When she started to place the donut holes in the box I simply asked if I could get them in a separate bag. She did BUT I look in the bag and there were 4, YES only 4 donut holes. Mind you, no, I wasn't expecting a full bag of holes but DAMNNNNN only 4 and yes she knew exactly what she was doing. Also she seemed to have a slight attitude when I looked in the bag and the expression on my face and I was like only 4 ? REALLY ?. Then this is where the true BS hit the fan. She states "well we're not suppose to put them in a bag" Are you F-ing kidding me ??? That is what offended me the most...Why lie and BS about it.. The end result: I simply paid and left and came back in and left the small bag of the 4 holes on the table since it seem she didn't want me to have any so I gave them back and I didn't even enjoy the donuts as much as I was looking forward to them. Guess I'll be searching for a new donut shop...Doubt that will be difficult. read more
