I asked the gracious host what she liked and she said in the sweetest tone, "I like cookies and cream" so I ordered some on her recommendation. I watched for a few minutes as the owner started my order and then went to wait in the car. A few minutes later I went back to pick up my order of the best mini doughnuts that I can remember having. I was only going to taste some then eat the rest at home but...... they didn't make it out of the parking lot!! They were soft, sweet and savory with all fresh ingredients. My only regret is I wish I'd bought more and tried multiple other toppings as well. I'll definitely be coming back to support this small business in the future!!!

I tried the kolaches they were pretty good, but nothing ordinary. As a food blogger and new in the area I was interested in knowing what their top seller was and what would they recommend. . I asked various questions and short answers were given. Dry to say the least. The ladies were not interested in interacting. The reason I am giving it three stars it's because my kids love the "Halloween" donuts, and I understand that people have bad days. So I am willing to give it a second chance. When I thought they could recover, I asked if they had coffee and by 9 am they were out. Would I return? Probably not. Not because of their donuts, they were OK. Customer service goes a long way. I rarely rate a location by CS, I overlook bad or poor customer service since I am very understanding that working with people is not an easy task, but I had to do it with this one since the donuts alone are not a motivator for me to return. No military discount is given since they are not expensive.

The maple bar didn't have cream filling inside but the lady at the counter said they insert in yellow cream which I had her did. Was your average donut shop with kolaches, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos ect. The maple bar was pretty good could have more cream filled inside but still a good donut, the glaze wasn't overly glaze which is good depending how you are with donuts because I don't like mine overly sweet. The red velvet was really good, tasted similar like a glaze hint of red velvet. The donuts were all fresh and just sweet enough to hit the spot, best shop I tried so far in killeen.
