    If you notice, there's a lock without a handle. That was the firstlock they placed.

    OK, I wish I can give negative stars. This company placed cameras and locks in my home, however, the lock on my bedroom door was placed backwards, and I crushed my fingers between the handle and my dresser. Before the installers left, I told them that my lock need to be placed properly. They said I needed a right hand lock and to call Best Buy. I did just that and I was told the lock was actually a right hand lock and that I needed to go to the store to sort it out . I went to the store and I spoke to Sean, the store manager and he told me he had nothing to do with it and to call the headquarters. I called and called and nothing. I'll post the pictures and what the original lock looked like when it was placed. It had no handle or knob, and I could not use it. I had to bend down and open and close the door from the bottom of the door. Within 2 weeks, The locked locked on its own as I walked out of the room and I had to bust the door, to get in my bedroom. Best Buy refused to come, but I eventually that's is why I had to bust the door in. Since then, I've had to hire an attorney, and borrowed money, and I am still waiting as they have had me to use five customer service, representatives, and three attorneys. So far I have spent including my time over $200,000. Here's the thing about it. I paid for this service on February 17, 2022. They did the initial placement on February 28, 2022. I've only asked for the money back and for the door to be repaired. The attorney said that the lock was only place backwards, and I should live with it. I have driven so many miles that I've gone back-and-forth to the store and Home Depot to get estimates for the door and lock as they requested. I currently use Airbnb to keep myself safe, however, I have not been able to use Airbnb in almost 2 years in order to provide safety for myself and my home. So far, several thousand hours and almost 2 years, they offered me $957 for the entire project on my door. It is not even enough to do any other work. Best Buy is worth $1.5 billion. Their president makes 10 million. They don't even wanna pay $3000 to fix what they did. Now they're saying that I have been in contact with the company that placed the original lock. I don't even know the company that placed the lock. And if I have been in contact with them, believe me, Best Buy would've dropped me a long time ago. I am so sick and tired of this. I can't believe that they're actually used two attorneys and five customer service representatives. To this day, October 7, 2023 my door is still busted and they are still arguing with my attorney that is how to not fix it or give me anything back. I had Geek squad, now I'm behind three years and I cannot afford three years worth of geek squad. I have submitted all of my evidence five times yet they keep asking for the same evidence over and over again. My attorney says that I can only ask for reparations for the lock in the door and the door frame. I think that I'm going to give him , the amount of some of my time along with the lock door, let's not forget the ruined door frame. Oh yes, all the mileage that I have been to and from Best Buy and Home Depot. How could a multi billion dollar company try to get over on a person over $3000 that they stole? If somebody could answer that question make since for me, that would be a large favor to me. Please make this make sense to me.

    Black friday deals are bull. The cpu I was looking at was 1599.99 the day before black friday. I'm sitting here thinking oh I'll wait for the black friday deal and now its 1799.99 and they won't even price match their own price from the day before black friday from their own company. Don't buy into this scam where they bring up their prices for more than they normally sell it.

    Customer service is a joke. Sure they will sometimes match the price on Amazon, but at least Amazon has a decent return policy.

    Do not go here if you have the Samsung flip/fold phones. When I returned to pick up my phone for…read morescreen cracks on the front screen of my Fold 6, the employee returned my phone to me in FAR worse condition. My screen had minor cracks in it before, and I say minor because the screen was fully functioning albeit cracked. Upon return to me the front screen was missing CHUNKS, misaligned, jagged and sharp and no longer worked at all. The employee told me that the phone was "Unpreparable" and needed replacement, he even said that the front screens on the folds can be "very difficult". This led to me having to be on hold with the insurance agency for more than an hour and arguing with them about why I shouldn't have to pay the $400 deductible for a replacement. The service from both the employees was polite, nothing about them was unprofessional in general etiquette and interaction. Though if the employees would of informed me before that they would not be able to do the service instead of breaking my phone even further and shrugging about it... I wouldn't be leaving this review. Not only that when he told me the repair was "difficult" that states that he knew before he started that he may not of been able to do the service. Just say something to the customer and save yourself the trouble. There is no shame in knowing the limits of your abilities, especially if it pertains to an expensive item in need of repair. The shame is breaking the item further and having to nonchalantly present an "oh well" attitude about somebodies hard earned property being in worse condition than they left it for repair.

    Went in for a back glass replacement, said they had to order the part and would call me when it…read morecame in, said it would only be 3 days, no call 4 days later so I called, said it would be 3 more days. No call AGAIN 3 days later, and when I called them they said it was there. I dropped my phone off all day and when I got it back, the back was cracked from "the press". Had to go through all that again and still NO CALLS FROM THEM!!!! After they fixed it again, my flashlight was now broken, said they would call me when the part came in and they still to this day have not called, not going back. Not to mention the original repair was $300 after tax.
