Everyone seems to be in their own little world. They prefer that you go talk to a kiosk or do all of your business with a computer so when you go to do your business with a computer, the computer or the kiosk cannot take cash. Which was the purpose of my whole visit ! Moreover, the selection of phones that they have aren't very many they're sold out of most of them so you only end up getting what they have as opposed to what you want because that's all they have available. The value is really poor because they won't even put a person in there to greet/advise you so if you wanna go to a store in sit there and not even be recognized for 10 or 15 minutes and this is the place for you! if you're busy and you need to get things done, I might look at a different AT&T store and to be honest with you after dealing with AT&T I might try T-mobile because T-mobile seem to be more friendly to the customer and they really act concerned about you. Bye ATT Yes, no I don't want to contact somebody else. I was already in your store your company had the opportunity to service me you didn't think I was important enough to service me then.     I switched to AT&T in April and when I did (with my 6 lines), I had an offer to get the a wireless…read moreinternet for $40 per month (5G access basically). I could not get Fiber, so I thought I would use it until Fiber became available. In August, the City of Ocala ran Fiber to my neighborhood, so I signed up for it and cancelled the AT&T internet and when I called to cancel, I was given a UPS label to put on the box to send the modem back. I sent it back and then was charged over $200 for rental of this box for the remainder of 2 years that I had signed for - I was told I was renting the modem, but not that I had to keep paying on it forever. I contacted AT&T multiple times - at first, I could not find the tracking of the return, so I could not get any satisfaction. Then I found it and called the LOYALTY department, figuring everything was going to be OK now. Wrong! This guy did not care that I returned it. I said that if I have to pay for it, why did you have me send it back? And if I have to pay for it, send it back to me so I can sell it to somebody. He refused. As soon as my obligations for the phones are up, I am out of there! Pretty sad public relations!

But Spectrum didn't actually close the account--they 'suspended' it without my consent. They waited 4 months until January 1st to suddenly charge my bank account $55 for a 'free' SIM card saying the account was suspended. When I called to get my money back, the reps were argumentative and blamed ME for not checking my email for a company I already quit. They strategically wait until you stop looking so they can take your money. This is predatory billing. Hardworking people, BEWARE of their 'free' offers--they are just hidden traps designed to hit you later." This was purchased online. Worst experience !!     I was released from the hospital on 08/09 have not been able to get Spectrum to help get me on line…read moresaying I was online. I ask why is phone saying I am off line. They then said it must be my internet provider. On another call technical support told me I didn't need to be a crazy man because I am sick. I responded if the Spectrum tech wasn't 3hours late and told it was an hour away. I need to go to bed, he was wonderful and got me up and online. Feel Spectrum disrespected me and no longer respect them or team members are professional or care. You call and the agent answers from BOSTON, lA, Alabama and the customer has to bring them up to date on the issues.

    I took our iPad Pro 2nd gen to have the battery replaced. I had called first before going out there…read moreon a Sunday 6/28/2026 & was told they worked on iPads. We went in & I told the tech the problems that we were having , that it kept going on & off only that morning & that it was getting hot at the area where the battery is. Being a master electrician & working on UPS systems I knew it was the battery. I also know you can't screw up the computer buy changing the battery.The tech wanted to do testing on it & I told him it was the battery to just change it. He said he would deduct the testing from the quoted price. He turned on the iPad & it came on no problems. It was losing charge quickly so again it was the battery. He said he would run a movie on it to see how it does so I said ok. The next day he called & left a message that they do not work on that iPad model, I called back & he told me it was because of the screen. I went to pick it up & what he did was killed the battery. He ran the movie on it & drained the battery completely. Now I can't access anything on it because it will not take a charge. The dumbest thing about the whole situation was I told him it was a iPad 2nd gen (he should've known then they don't work on them)& also he could have looked up the model number & serial number that was on the back of the iPad to confirm it. But I guess these tech's aren't that smart & shouldn't be working on electronic equipment. I know apple doesn't repair older models just to get you to buy new ones. But you can buy other brands of batteries that will work. This was a dick move they did screwing up our iPad & then claiming they don't work on that model. This is a unprofessional company
