It took the guy 2.5 hours to process the transaction , and it was not difficult our order was already in the system. had to go find a bathroom , as they don't have any for customers onsite. Then when I also mentioned I was going to take a walk outside because they were taking so long the guy complained and told me I cannot go inside and outside so many times ( 2x) because it messes with the door counter. Then they guy processes a return ship kit to be mailed to my house so I could do the cell transfers at home. after 2 weeks I still did not receive it. I called to get a return kit and another week later still nothing in the mail. I just now called this location to see if I can just drop this trade in phone and he said NO, because they don't have labels. I am about out of time to return the trade in and have no way to return it. This switch has been a horrible experience. And the iphone16 sucks (the audio sucks, the words/icons are to small for over 50 year olds - I did ALL the adjustments possible. the iphone12 had the correct sizes for old eyes). No idea why the process took so long , the guy kept doing things on the computer and retrying and getting codes from his manager. I was very nice and patient with this process , so it wasn't because I was a bad customer.

She was calm, respectful, and simply asking for help. The response she received was rude, patronizing, and entirely inappropriate. What makes this especially concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. Public reviews going back over a year describe the same behavior by the same employee -- repeated one-star complaints citing disrespect and poor treatment of customers. At this point, this is not a customer service lapse. It is a documented pattern that Spectrum has allowed to continue. When a company fails to intervene after repeated complaints -- particularly when older customers are involved -- accountability shifts from the employee to leadership. I am requesting formal acknowledgment, escalation to regional management, and confirmation that corrective action is being taken. This review will remain updated pending Spectrum's response.

Was…read moretold they had no watches left as it was the last day of the deal, and they needed to order. Fast forward 6 months to no calls my app still saying "estimated to ship" under my order for the watch. I go in to physically resolve only to be told I need to buy a new watch or upgrade my existing watch since 1. The deal was not applied as I was told and he actually did 2 seperating device upgrades. 2. I was never contacted for the pickup of the watch because he... per customer support must have "seen he did it wrong and avoided it" I called customer support where the first man I talked to Saturday 7/5 made notes to my account of doing an even upgrade, no fees due day of. Today 7/8 to then be told by Zach that he would not honor any deals or notations made by them and I can purchase a new watch for $499. Do not waste your time as you can be a loyal customer of 10 years and still be treated like trash.

Finally called the company Verizon store in Brooksville. They were shocked and told us to call tech support on 611. We got a very nice rep who solved problem in less than 15 minutes despite a dropped call. She called us back and solved the problem and watch now activated. Avoid both Verizon stores in Inverness. Not only are they incompetent, they lie. The newer location tried to help but after two hours said they couldn't help. Actually said other carriers would buy us out of Verizon contract. I will never go to the stores in Inverness again and you should all think twice. We will be writing to Verizon to tell them about awful service in Inverness stores and to thank them for wonderful service from their customer service tech.
