Honest and helpful guy. I was in town to help my elderly parents with some things around their house. In addition to these items, found out that Mom had done something to her IPad Mini and could no longer log into it. This is a big deal to us as a family as it is her only form of communication since she doesn't have a voice box. She uses an app and other specific items on this device that are a necessity for her/us. He gave some pointers and when they didn't work, he told me how to work with Apple to get it fixed, determine if they still had it under warranty and said "just in case" he was going to look up some additional info and to call him back after I talked with Apple. I was able to resolve the issue with Apple and. He said he was glad and he had determined what was wrong and had a solution ready but was happy for us that Apple was able to work it out. He could have just not told us to call Apple, what to tell them, etc...and brushed us off or take the IPad and do the simple fix and charge us a lot of money; but he didn't. He did the right thing and clearly is an honest business owner and he knows his stuff. read more
