I don't even know where to begin.. I can't thank Peter enough. My whole business is on my phone. It's basically my life. Out of no where it stopped working.. I reached out to Peter and explained what had happened and he immediately calmed me down and said "We can figure this out, its not a problem at all. Come in as soon as you can and I will take care of you." That's exactly what he did. Not only did I get a new phone, durable case and life time glass screen protector. He also saved me money on my monthly bill. Usually when I go into places like this they hassle me to buy and add more and are never up front from the start. It's ALWAYS a headache.. I appreciate the owner's response but I got tired of never having data plus having to go to a parking lot to get wifi to be able to make a call so aside from the horrible treatment I received at the store on the corner of Croft and 44 West, Not only would I never recommend that store but I have now switched to T-mobile and have been very happy since! OH also let us not forget T-mobile actually answers the phone, we have actual human beings for customer service. Verizon make ME my own customer service either via the app or online, neither of which I could accomplish given the limited data availability. Now, if you happen to need to see either a college game on a Saturday or an NFL game on a Sunday, by all means, go by the store on Croft and 44 West to watch it with all the guys who work there INCLUDING the manager because you def WON'T get any service while the game is on their ipads! SO to that end, the service at the store on Croft and 44 West is exactly in keeping with the manner of customer service received from Verizon. Kasey was professional, polished and very knowledgeable. His customer service was amazing. He got us a great deal on upgrades for all 4 of our lines. The salesman who convinced me to trade in my phone was dishonest about so-called monthly savings. He also "sold" me accessories I had no idea I was buying until I reviewed the print out at home. At no point prior to paying did I see an itemized listing of sales. He also did not disclose cost associated with setting up a new phone. The trade in amount was lower than what he quoted. I Will never purchase from that store or any Verizon store for that matter. read more

I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone! February first of this year I made a huge mistake and changed from AT&T to Verizon. My husband and I purchased an Apple iPhone 12, Apple iPhone SE and Apple iPad 8th generation at the retail Verizon Store in Inverness Fl.. One week later I returned to the store, my iPhone 12 was dropping call continuously when my husbands SE was fine, they said oh lets check the setting and it should be fine. Two weeks later I returned with same problem, then they said lets put a new SIM card in it, I returned and few days later and they said they would again fix the settings. This did not fix the problem so I returned and asked them to please let me exchanged my 12 for one that worked, guess what, my 30 days return policy was up! They told me to call #8899 and they would help, I called the manager and he said the same thing nothing they could do I was past the 30 day policy. They kept me coming back until the policy expired. To make matters worse I finally got someone to say there was something wrong with my phone and the would send me a replacement. I paid $810.00 for my phone and they have the audacity to send me a refurbished one and for me to switch the SIM card, if they didn't receive my old one within five days I would be charged. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! ALSO VERIZON DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE! read more
