I would appreciate it if you guys updated y'all's hours for the holidays, like the day before…read morethanksgiving. I left work at 4:55, checked y'all's businesses hours which said nothing about closing at 5PM, it had y'all's regular hours 8:30am-7pm. Got there at 5:05pm & the doors were locked, mind y'all, it was 3 other customers & myself that were trying to get in, a lady came outside & said they closed at 5pm due to thanksgiving which makes no sense... So because of y'all not updating your hour i had to drive all the way down there for nothing, i was livid & still am as i'm typing this. Let me also mention that 2 weeks ago when i tried upgrading all 4 lines y'all were charging me $4000 when 3 phones had 1 payment left & my phone has $500 left to payoff which i was willing to pay off. BUT i was able to upgrade 2 phones for less than $350 but separate transactions... ridiculous. Oh & let me also mention how you guys sign us up for things we were never made aware of or even asked for. You guys signed me up for Verizon home device protection without asking & if it wasn't for me checking my bill a few days later after upgrading i would of never knew, i called to cancel & checked a day later & they never cancelled. It's actually still active as of right now, been calling & no one answers!!!

Nice) I had gone in because when I changed my phone, I plan I got upgrade envy. I have an iPhone SE and really wanted to go for the eight. I knew they didn't have the one I wanted in stock from the website. The rep helping me double checked at the back for me, so when he didn't have exactly what I wanted he brought out the three next best options. (same model with fewer GB, and next two tiers up) The next two levels up are really too large for my hand (I don't know any women that have a plus), & I explained that I really did need more GB. I was planning on doing the trade-in, so we went over a couple of options. Either ordering it with him and having it sent to the store, bringing my trade-in to have it wiped and exchanging; ordering it myself online and still swapping at the store; ordering it myself online, using the insurance I had forgotten I had, and letting the rep on the phone talk me through wiping it. Although he works on commission, James told me that his area was piloting new software, and for some reason it would not allow him to only have me pay the $130+/- both the website and the app showed I would have to pay. Through the system I would've had to pay closer to $200. He also pointed out that I would be eligible for the free upgrade in just eight months. So he was recommending either waiting to get it for free or doing it through the website myself. Neither of which could possibly get him any kind of commission. (he didn't say that part, but I've worked sales for commission) i'm debating waiting the eight months, but I'm taking his $70 worth of advice and making the purchase online if I do it in advance. Since the 8 is larger & I knew a lot of my Quitman it would no longer work, I did ask him to spend some time going over cases and dashboard mount for a classy person with me. When I had to in my hand and was talking about another, he let me know that he could do A discount for getting three or more accessories. Save me about $20 with that. They were all things that I would've purchased anyway, but this way I had an expert help me pick it out and I got the discount. If I opt to go in the store, I am definitely going back and hoping I will get James (Carpenter) again. He was very straightforward and very patient with my millions of questions.

Everyone seems to be in their own little world. They prefer that you go talk to a kiosk or do all of your business with a computer so when you go to do your business with a computer, the computer or the kiosk cannot take cash. Which was the purpose of my whole visit ! Moreover, the selection of phones that they have aren't very many they're sold out of most of them so you only end up getting what they have as opposed to what you want because that's all they have available. The value is really poor because they won't even put a person in there to greet/advise you so if you wanna go to a store in sit there and not even be recognized for 10 or 15 minutes and this is the place for you! if you're busy and you need to get things done, I might look at a different AT&T store and to be honest with you after dealing with AT&T I might try T-mobile because T-mobile seem to be more friendly to the customer and they really act concerned about you. Bye ATT Yes, no I don't want to contact somebody else. I was already in your store your company had the opportunity to service me you didn't think I was important enough to service me then. While visiting my father in law in Florida, he received a new cable box that needed to be installed…read moreto replace the old box. I dove in and disconnected the old box and hooked up the new box. Everything was great till we discovered that he did not have the ability to DVR. We contacted Spectrum and learned that we needed a different box. We drove down and picked up the new box. On the way home, Dad asked if we could call and make an appointment to have a technician come out and install the new box as he didn't want to burden me with another installation. I called Spectrum and Jerry assisted me quickly by setting up an appointment for this afternoon. Randall showed up early and got straight to work. He not only hooked up the new box, but he also updated the box in the bedroom. He changed out the old cables as well. My Dad In Law was so relieved, happy and impressed with Randall's service and with Jerry being able to set up the appointment so quickly. With Dad approaching 92 years of age, customer service is so important and helpful to him and these two employees definitely deserve some recognition. Great service!

Deceptive "Suspension" Trap - They wait months to steal your money!…read more "I canceled my service on September 4th. I did everything right. But Spectrum didn't actually close the account--they 'suspended' it without my consent. They waited 4 months until January 1st to suddenly charge my bank account $55 for a 'free' SIM card saying the account was suspended. When I called to get my money back, the reps were argumentative and blamed ME for not checking my email for a company I already quit. They strategically wait until you stop looking so they can take your money. This is predatory billing. Hardworking people, BEWARE of their 'free' offers--they are just hidden traps designed to hit you later." This was purchased online. Worst experience !! NO more spectrum , it is a subscription deceives people

Customer service has been consistently horrible at this location. I have gone there to transfer…read moreservice because they would match a competitor and had so many hassles as they kept messing up every so for month and had to manually fix it, was not into helping or servicing people overall, knowledge overall was very poor and the coverage of service areas are very poor. AT&T is definitely not a service provider for those that need a wide service area as their coverage regardless of what they say and the map that shows the coverage areas say because when you actually get their service, it will be spotty in the areas where you think should have no issues with service. We are paying a little less than Verizon but had we known what we know now, we would pay the higher price for being able to have strong frequency in our own house and the ability to use the phone everywhere other than remote areas. Plus their customer service is the worse ever!
