What a great experience!…read more I had a laptop that literally crashed; I mean it fell from a table and shattered the screen and loosened the power ports. It was dead in the water. I use this laptop every day in support of a small mom and pop business and it was dead in the water. I spoke to several people in the area and they recommended their service. I spoke with them and we developed a fix. I would have to have the screen and ports replaced, but, given the age of the laptop, it was not worth it. I did not have a recent backup, so I was in a bind. They gave me prompt service and great advice as to cost, given the age of the laptop and whether it was worth the effort. I decided on a new laptoo and they were able to download the files from the damaged laptop. They had me up in running in a short amount of time and I was able to continue our business with minimal downtime. Would I go back to them??? Hell Yeah. Five Stars.

Big Jeff uses belittling and degrading behaviors on a daily basis. He treats his employees like…read moreill-mannered children and throws temper tantrums daily including throwing stacks of paper in the air and calling out employees in a group setting to embarrass them. He is intimidated by anyone with a brain and constantly throws how much he pays his staff in their faces as if they are all lucky to be thrown a bone rather than working for their paycheck. He is obnoxious, petty, and downright creepy. He has well over 60 cameras onsite and sits and watches every move everyone makes and listens in on their daily conversations. The employees take weekly shifts cleaning the bathrooms and offices, sweeping and blowing the parking lot, and spraying bug spray around the premises. It's rather shocking that they aren't forced to mow the grass. The facility lacks safety precautions, no fire extinguishers nor fire alarms anywhere on site, no steel toe boots required, and no drug tests needed, among other things. The place is a fatal accident waiting to happen. The warehouse is a disorganized mess with no real direction and no structure. Jeff has no clue how to maintain nor operate a business and lacks common decency and treats all other humans like trash who are unworthy of his time. He ignores his staff unless he's attacking them mentally and emotionally. Stear clear of this place for the sake of your sanity! He will degrade you until you've had enough and walk out. It seems to be his daily goal to push people to their mental breaking point. DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB AT THIS AWFUL PLACE!! I did NOT have any other issues with the phone besides a cracked screen. What I was NOT told, (unless it was somewhere in the shop), was that the replacement screen is NOT a certified Apple component! The screen did not look the same as the original, not too far off but still not as good. Within a day or two, I started having issues during several calls. Screen goes black, cannot revive unless the other party hangs up. Phone intermittently shut down hard several times on its own. 30 days after it was serviced, (lost the receipt so I don't know how long the warranty was, if any), I attempted to do the 18.2 software update. Phone developed an unrecoverable error and software imploded on itself rendering the phone absolutely useless. Took the phone to an authorized Apple service center, nothing can be done, so I had to replace the phone. I service extremely complicated medical equipment so I know how the service industry works, and issues can arise that may, or may not have anything to do with the original issue. Still, I cannot help but wonder if the BOGUS, non-certified part had anything to do with my issues. Had I known this, I most likely would not have had the screen replaced.
