    i have had my phone about 3 months ,everything was fine the first 2 months. then all of a sudden,…read moreit would say i have all different problems . my friend said he could fix it, and made it much worst. I took it to t mobile and was greeted by matt, I explained how bad it became and ask if he could fix it. he worked on it for about 10 or 15 minutes. I was amazed how fast he fixed it for me. I just want to thank him for the best service I recieved.

    I've done everything with T-Mobile customer service corporate 611. I even got my phone through…read morethem. I have my home Internet with them. Avoid coming to this store and only this store that I'm rating. The reason is every time I've come in here which is about three times they couldn't help me at all. I was able to make my phone emit a sound, but it's a very faint sound when I charge my phone. I just wanted to know how I could make the phone make a sound that was louder. I came in the store and said they'll be able to help. For the third time they could do nothing. They told me you're gonna have to call 611 because we're not tech-support. Well now that I know that they don't do tech-support. I guess I'll have to call 611 or find another store that's closer. This store is the closest it's three blocks from me. I'm glad I didn't buy the phone here. I would avoid the store at all cost. They just don't seem very knowledgeable about anything except selling and like I said I'm glad I didn't waste my money by buying a phone here and doing it instead with Corporate which I'm about to call with my problem

    This store was very clean and had good associates who knew what they were talking about. We went…read morethere to have our phone screens replaced but, as usual, they didn't have them in stock again. We had to order them again. I've been waiting on a screen protector replacement for 2 months and I still have to wait. The last one was supposedly lost in the mail. It would be nice if they had our screen protectors on hand. You replace one, have a couple on hand. That would be good customer service and save the customer time and another trip.

T-Mobile messed up my newly ordered internet service with my son-in-laws mobile account. So my internet account was placed under his mobile service. They are using my CC and email but his mobile account. I called customer service spent a hour on the phone with them yesterday and 45 minutes chatting via chat today. They assured me that all I had to do was go to a store and they would resolve everything . I went to the store at 130 Marriner Blvd. Spring Hill, Fl. The customer service guy was no help nor did he offer any resolution to my problem. When I pressed him he told me to get to F@*^ out of his store and called me a sh$*^head. I never once swore at him in return. I did call him a jerk for talking to me the way he did.Said he'd call the cops. I said go ahead. He did. They then placed a trespass order on me so that I can never enter the store again. Wow....if they would treat a customer that way do you really think they care about the service they provide?????
