Avoid coming to this store and only this store that I'm rating. The reason is every time I've come in here which is about three times they couldn't help me at all. I was able to make my phone emit a sound, but it's a very faint sound when I charge my phone. I just wanted to know how I could make the phone make a sound that was louder. I came in the store and said they'll be able to help. For the third time they could do nothing. They told me you're gonna have to call 611 because we're not tech-support. Well now that I know that they don't do tech-support. I guess I'll have to call 611 or find another store that's closer. This store is the closest it's three blocks from me. I'm glad I didn't buy the phone here. I would avoid the store at all cost. They just don't seem very knowledgeable about anything except selling and like I said I'm glad I didn't waste my money by buying a phone here and doing it instead with Corporate which I'm about to call with my problem
