Shame on Matt Smith for his lies and deception. He called me a bully (typical male response to a highly educated informed woman). Stay far away! Customer Service Is a Joke at Lumber Liquidators…read more If you're looking for a place where employees act like helping customers is a burden, congratulations -- you've found it! I made a return three weeks ago, and the store manager, Justin, assured me the refund would show in two days. Three weeks later -- after multiple store visits and countless phone calls -- I finally got my refund... minus a restocking fee. The cherry on top? Justin told me I was "being difficult." Really? After I had to chase down my own refund for weeks, I think patience was the only thing I didn't run out of. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but between the lack of communication, careless service, and the "that's just the way it is" attitude, it's clear customer experience doesn't exist here. For a company that promotes quality and reliability, their service is shockingly unprofessional. Management clearly needs serious training in accountability and customer care. I won't be returning -- and I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

But it's going on a month now. Yes it was mentioned to me that the were 2 or 2 1/2 weeks out. I was being lazy to not change the carburetor myself with the one from Amazon. So if I can get a reply to see if it will be ready for me to hook up our trailer and go get it on the 21st Monday ? I'm a bit under $200.00 having our property to be cut. I'm on a ssi monthly check. I can't be paying for our property to be cut. The back yard is 1 acre and is now over 20 inches tall.

Sparr Building and Farm is a hardware store located in the city of Wildwood, FL. The first time my…read morespouse and I went in, I thought it was perfect. It's not as big as Lowe's and much cleaner and nicer. The people that work there are friendly and will take the time to stop and help you. When they see you looking around in each aisle, they would ask you if they can help you, unlike most larger hardware stores where you would walk pass a worker and they will not even look up. There is one person that works there really stood out for us. Her name is Carol, and she is a cashier. Carol's smile and her friendly disposition really stood out to us and now every time she sees us, she always greets us always says, "hi guys!". I always look forward to seeing her when we go into the store. She always asks how our day is going and how we are. When they are not busy, we will stand and chat with her for a bit but not long. We do not want to get her in trouble. They also have a bucket of bags of popcorn near her cash register so of course I always grab one when we are checking out. Oh, they also have cats in there for adoption and I think sometimes they have chicks too. Sparr is a little jewel tucked away in a small plaza behind McDonalds and Chipotle in the city of Wildwood. If you've never been to Sparr Building and Farm. Go in one time and check it out.

This is the best store of this sort I have ever been in…read more The wife wanted to go here, it was never on my radar. The word "decor" made me think it was sort of like a HomeGoods type of place, vases, baskets, signs that say "Wine O'clock", that sort of thing. In fact they do not carry those, but they have a truly impressive selection of tile, both floor and wall, and flooring. No matter what one is looking for in tile or flooring, they will likely have it here, and will not be plunking one down at a desk to open binders. They also have a much broader selection of colored grouts and caulks than H*** D**** or L****. Well-stocked, clean, huge facility , plenty of staff willing to be helpful but not biting my ankle. Prices seemed good to me. For example, they had a nice beige ceramic tile, 12" x 12", for only .49 each, and I thought it was quite nice, a super cheap way to redo a floor. They have some hypnotic tile patterns that I have never seen before, nice eye candy ( see photos ). So I can't give them a 5 as I did not go through the process of a good size order with them, we just bought a few diddly things, but if you are doing this sort of project, you should consider coming here instead of places staffed by those with orange or blue aprons.

They have some beautiful wood pieces (some are lighted) and other cool things. They call it The Coolest Store and they have some items to back it up. During Covid, they kind of route you around to look at things. It's kind of like Ikea without meatballs, and easier to find your way out. I would hope after, the layout changes to make it easier to browse. I kind of felt like I had to move it along rather than browse on my own time as others were coming in to browse as well.
