Went in yesterday evening to upgrade a phone and pay a phone off completely was told they only have iPhones for new customers only. They missed out on a huge sale because I was paying my sons phone off getting him a new phone myself a new phone and accessories to go along with it I have been a customer for 15 years and never heard this before so I called ATT myself and the representative told me that it was not true and the only reason I was told this was because a person did not want to do their job. Update: Got my money back, and not even an apology, what a disappointing operation. I can not stress how much you should avoid this place at all cost. Update from my earlier review: This location is owned by Spring Communications, Inc. Ph#801 277-7777. Spoke to corporate office and they confirmed they have a 14 day return policy (even without the box). This is after Brittany had yelled they had a "seven day return policy." I will be going back tonight to not just exchange, but to get my $$$ back. I will post another update once done. I purchased two-iPhone 7(s) from this store two weeks ago, and two accessories, one of which was a Spigen phone case. After having the phone a few days I started getting reports that the phone became muffled when I put it on speakerphone. After "testing" this with several calls we were able to deduce it was probably the phone case. I called this AT&T store on Sunday, 3/19 and spoke to Bryce who advised they could not help me with an exchange being I threw the box away, even if I had the receipt. I asked if I could speak to the manager Bill who sold my wife and I the phones and accessories on 3/6/17, as Bill had said "if we had any issues to come see him first before filling out the AT&T survey." Bryce said yes, and to call back on Monday. I called Monday, 3/20 and left a message with Brittany, who advised she would talk to Bill and call back. She called back and said being "I threw the box away there was nothing they could do." I advised this was not a good situation, and I would like to speak to Bill, she became very short with me, and said she would talk to Bill again and call me back. I then calmly advised her I did not appreciate her tone, and would like to speak to Bill directly. There was a pause of silence on the phone, and she said "sure." I asked for her name, and she hung up on me. I called back and Samantha answered and said Bill was busy, I advised after what just had happened I would hold. She put me on hold, and Brittany came on the line and yelled into the phone asking when I purchased the phone. I told her I did not want to speak to her about this, and her customer service was completely unacceptable, and that I would like to speak to Bill. Brittany then proceeded to yell, "I was a rude customer, and Bill was a busy man and did not have time to deal with my accessory, and not to call back again." I tried to call back again, and the phone went directly to voicemail. I have been an AT&T customer since 2001, and have never been treated so poorly by any company or store. I will be pursuing this matter with the BBB and "Slayton" who is the parent company for this organization. FYI. From what I understand Noble Communications just recently sold them. Something of interest as well, it appears employees of this store are leaving positive comments for themselves on Google reviews (Note: Bryce Cook's review from February 2017). I wonder if this is a directive, or are they really that unaware of their non-professionalism; something tells me it may be the latter. I left this review on Google reviews as well, but that one does not show... Either way the proof is in the pudding, and the slew of "real" 1-star comments tell the story of what's happening at this location. Buyer beware, buy your phones/accessories online, or drive to another town. It's not worth it, unless, they suddenly decide to start training their folks how to be professional to their customers. read more

I love AT&T but this store is a nightmare! I have been with AT&T through multiple moves and have always had amazing service. I went to the Inverness store and was met with the same pleasant personality but such errors that my mom's tablet would not even connect and it took 4 people, 5 hours, and a different line and tablet issued to correct it (at a different store). My wife's phone was added and then her SIM card was added as a separate phone line so we were being charged twice. I had to call tech support to get it fixed. This store is so bad that I would prefer to drive far away to a more metropolitan area than ever walk through its doors again. I would give AT&T a lot of stars but wish they would close this store. read more
